13. Serah

As I walked to the cause of my crying session a few minutes ago, I prepared myself for another

I hadn't told Darren what had happened in the morning, it didn't matter if he knew anyway. I was nothing but an employee at the end of the day

Garrel's accusation somehow was justifiable, I had suddenly snooped into Hannah's work and made changes out of the blue, I found ways of making her work better even though she'd never admit it. Looking at the situation from his perspective it must've looked like that

I sighed

Work drama

I knocked on his door for the second time that day fully ready for the cannon ball that came ahead

"Come in" I heard him say

I opened the door and closed it behind me, a wave of annoyance hit me in full when I looked up and found a smirking Hannah looking back at me

I inwardly sighed as I walked further into the office

"You can sit down Miss Serah" Garrel said

I muttered a thank you before sitting next to Hannah

"You two have been working together for a new collection which I'm sure Miss Hannah you were working on it alone correct?" Garrel started

"Yes" Hannah nodded

"This isn't just any random runway fashion show, I selected a few designers to work themselves for a reason" he stated

Hannah nodded practically amused with wherever this was heading

"Each designer will show their own work, without any help from anyone which is why Miss Serah you should stop helping her and let her do her work"

"Yes sir" I nodded quietly

I could see the grin that was threatening to show on Hannah's face after what Garrel said, this situation would've been taken lightly if those words came out of Darren's mouth, however Garrel was a serious man

And this was a serious issue

Sigh

"How many pieces did you both work together" Garrel asked

"Only one" Hannah said excitement of triumph pure in her voice

Girl is happy

"You take that one out of your collection" Garrel commanded

Hannah's face dropped instantly

"What?" She frowned "but it's my work, my design and-"

"I don't like to repeat myself you know that, I'll remove you from the program and make you wait another 6 months your choice" he raised his eyebrows

Where's that kind man that carried my groceries

What'd he do to him

"No no no I'll figure something out" she said quickly

"Good you can leave" he said as he focused his gaze on his desktop

You know I don't know why he called me here, to tell me to stop working with Hannah? He could've simply emailed me that

"Anything to say?" Garrel asked before rolled his eyes to me

"Well the program needed three pieces as a start and I... since I'm removing one I have two now so-"
