KAITLIN'S P.O.V

Me and Sam make a plan to hack into his dad's computer as that is where he keeps the files so as a cover story we said I was sating over at his for the night to watch scary movie's.

"So do you know anything about this guy cause while we go over my dad's files we may find a link," Sam said as we walked to his house thankfully Sammy was hanging with his mate which lasts a week.

"Apart from the fact that it is probably a man no... the voice was distorted no characteristics at all," I said still worrying about Chloe's condition.

We make it to his house an hour later and make our way up to his room to hatch our plan I sit cross-legged on his bed and he tacks a seat at his desk and tacks out a pad and pen.

"So before we get started there are a few things we can't do one we can not print the files here they have to be printed somewhere else," Sam said.

"Why not just give the guy the memory stick and transfer what is already on the stick to a portable hard drive," I said hoping Sam has a portable hard drive.

"Guess that will work ok two we can not let my dad find out the fact that we were on my dad's computer if you have a way around that" Sam said hand out like he is expecting something.

"Latex gloves," I said.

"You know for someone who is meant to be freaking out about there kidnapped sister you are having some great ideas," Sam said.

"My sister is the last thing I want to focus on right now," I said.

"Right sorry," Sam said as his dad came in.

"Hey, Sam... Oh didn't realise you had a friend over" He said.

"Hey Mr K" I said waving.

"Hey Kaitlin what you here for" Mr k said.

"Dad seriously drop the detective act we're just here to watch some moves" Sam said.

"Will she be staying the night?" Mr k said.

"If all goes to plan yes," I say.

"Fine whatever I'm leaving won't be back till tomorrow so have fun" Said Mr K and he left.

We wait for the sound of the door closing.

"So What is the third thing," I say as the front door closes.

"The third thing just left the house," Sam said.

CHLOE'S P.O.V

I wake up in pain eyes open but it is pitch black I call out but get no response my hands are chained and held above my head my legs are taped together and I am leaning agents a cold wet wall. I pull my legs in to my chests it is freezing here and the dampness dose not help all that stars going through my head is what Kaitlin must be thinking. I feel my eyes begin to tear up I clench my teeth together and then I hear a voice.

"So you're awake," Said the voice.

I look around but I still can't see shit.

"Your eyes will adjust in time mine did," Said the voice.

"Who are you where am I," I say not expecting an answer.

"All you need to know is that I am using you to get to your sister" Said the voice.

"My sister why," I say.

"Like I said all you need to know is that I am using you to get to your sister," Said the voice.

"I'm hungry," I say.

"You'll be fed when you need to be the average human can go for three days without water and then a week without food so that will give you your food schedule," Said the voice.

"What do you want with my sister," I asked.

"If she completes the tasks then you will find out in time," Said the voice.

"What kind of tasks?" I asked.

"When she comes to get you can ask her yourself," Said the voice and I hear someone leave.

Soon after he left my eyes begin to adjust to the darkness just like the voice said as I look around I see brick walls and a cracked floor like a murder basement from a horror film. There are stairs leading up I use the wall to stand and take the locket in my hands I close my eyes and pray for Kaitlin to come and find me.

KAITLIN'S P.O.V

"Ok and we are in," Sam said as his dad's computer said assess granted.

"So were dose your dad keep his files," I said scanning the screen.

"There," Sam said pointing at three folders.

"Solved, Unsolvable and In progress," I say reading out the folder names.

"Did he give the name of any files he wanted my dad gives me the names of some cases when they are hard to solve and as the news can prove the police can come up with the strangest names for cases? And I remember all of their names" Sam said.

"Something about the Ex eye's files," I said not wanting to think too hard about the reality of the situation.

"I don't remember that one witch means it must be in his in-progress folder," Sam said opening it up.

"Is it there?" I said as Sam scrolled through the files.

"That's odd look at this" Sam said opening a file.

"What is it?" I say looking at the file.

"Look at what is stamped all over this case," Sam said I looked at it and the words UNSOLVABLE was stamped on it in big red thick letters.

"Unsolvable why would your dad be trying to solve old cases?" I said.

"I'd like to know that too," Sam said.

"Anything on that case this guy wants," I said.

"Right sorry" Sam said.

"Your breaking into your dad's computer no need to apologies to me no need to apologies at all as long as your dad doesn't find out," I said smiling.

Sam hits the search button and types in the Ex eye's and it takes about five minutes and it come up with about three separate files I felt that this may take a few hours to get through this all to find what we need. Sam starts to scroll through the first file and it is all about a murderer the has died in prison about two years ago. The second was a case that was called in to question for a lack of evidence and was then drooped as a result of nothing being able to be proved so nothing there. The third was about a murderer on the lose that murdered people and then removed their eyes before throwing their bodies into landfills. After reading that I shuddered hoping that Chloe doesn't meet the same fate.
