KAITLIN'S P.O.V

"Just transfer the files I need and you can go help your dad," I said but Sam was still worried.

"I don't know it's just my dad..." Sam said as I cut him off.

"If you don't want your dad to lose the files then make a copy," I said getting frustrated.

"It's not that," Sam said.

"SAM you said you would help now is your chance to prove it," I said staring at him and he just looks away.

Just them my phone goes off and I know what is going to happen.

"I'm working on it," I said answering the phone.

"I kNoW wHeN yOu ArE dOnE gO tO hIlL fOrD mAnOr My CoNtAcT wIlL bE tHeRe To CoLlEcT" Said the voice before hanging up the phone.

I put the phone away and push Sam out of the way copy the files and transfer them to the memory stick.

"Sorry, but I will not lose Chloe no matter what," I say before leaving and going to the manor house I get to the gates but no one is there the gates then slide open slowly. I take a deep breath before entering the grounds which are full of flowers and hedges that are placed in such a way that the garden is like something out of a fairy tale. The house on the other hand is like a murder house it looks like charred termites holding hands now if I didn't know any better I would not go anywhere near it but it was in the past the most stable building ever built. I get to the front door and a man dressed in black with a hat and coat covering his face walked into the doorway.

"You have the package hand it over," He said extending a hand from his pockets witch was in a black leather glove.

I pull the memory stick out of my pocket and am about to hand it to him when I stop.

"What's wrong hand it over," He said.

"I want something before I do," I said.

"What it can't be your sister," He said putting his hand back in his pocket.

"No I want info," I said.

"Fine ask," He said.

"Is my sister ok I want confirmation?" I said.

The man then pulled out a photo and handed it to me I took it and looked at it is was a pitcher of Chloe caned to the wall on the floor.

"Now the package," He said as I handed him the memory stick.

I get home and go straight to my room and lay face down on my bed I feel my eyes start filling up with tears I wonder how much longer I can keep this up and I'm scared of what he will ask me to do next. There is then a knock on my door I go to the door to answer it I open the door expecting my mum or Phil but it is Chloe it takes me a moment to process that she is there. "Hi," She said and I throw my self in for a hug and she hugs me back.

"Wait what happened how..." I start but Chloe stops me by putting a finger on my lips.

"Those files were for our mysterious kidnapper to find out how close the police were to caching him," Chloe said.

"Well, are you all right are you hurt bruised anywhere," I said looking at here.

"I am fine," Chloe said putting her hand on my shoulders and that is when I see it she has bruising around her wrist.

"No your not look at your wrist's," I said pulling her into our room.

She sits in the bed and I grab the first aid kit and I am about to tend to Chloe's bruising when I see the locket I got her is not around her neck.

"Where is the locket I gave you?" I said placing my hand were the locket should be.

"He still has it," Chloe said.

"We have to get it back now," I said.

"Kaitlin it's fine," Chloe said.

"No no it's not that locket was more than just a locket it was my way of saying that you are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with you are the one that I have given my heart too. That locket is my way of giving you all of my love for now and forever" I said as I walked up and down our room.

"Well it's not like we can go and get it back we have no way to contact him," Chloe said.

"I think I may have a way the man in black as I call him is his contact so we get to him we get the locket," I say.

"You can't be serious you don't know who this man in black is so you have no way to get to him," Chloe said.

"That locket means more than you know..." I say but are cut off.

"Stop please just stop for tonight just enjoy me being back," Chloe said hugging me.

I stopped and smiled and hugged Chloe back.

"Ok you got me," I said kissing Chloe.

She kissed me back and said thank you into my ear.

"We need to get some things before mum and dad get home," I said.

"Why?" Chloe said.

"I'll tell you on the way," I said tacking her arm and dragging her out of the apartment.

We get to the mall and have got the main gifts but I still feel sceptical about letting Chloe out of my site.

"Sorry but after what happened I am not ok with that," I said as Chloe looked at me in an I get it way.

"Fine then I have an idea," Chloe said calling someone on her phone.

"Who you calling?" I said.

"Shhhhh... hi ya you know that favour I want to cash in on it now come to the mall," Chloe says.

We wait for about ten minutes until Harry turned up.

"Well look who it is the tow loving sisters or is it lovemaking," He said walking up to us waving and smiling.

"How do you know Harry," I asked.

"Met him before I was you know," Chloe said.

"Well, you said you wanted a favour from me so what is it?" Harry said.

"We are here buying presents but she is afraid of leaving me alone but she can't see what I buying so now you get to be my bodyguard," Chloe said smiling.

"Huh, all right I'm in," Harry said

I watch them both walk off and then I hear a blast from the past Rick says from behind me.

"They look nice together," Rick said.

"One she's with me tow where the hell have you been," I said turning around.

"Getting a job I work for the detective agency now," He said smiling.

"And you are here because," I said.

"I had some free time your not a suspect or anything," He said smiling perhaps I can use him.
