KAITLIN'S P.O.V

"We walk to school in our winter coats hoping that we don't have to deal with the whole where have you been questions from them all we make it to the club room unseen I lean on the door and then slide to the floor.

"Are you good?" Chloe said.

"I'm more worried about you how is your wound is it healing," I asked looking at Chloe hopeful.

Then Chloe did what she always does when I bring it up she turns away and acts like I just insulted her legacy.

"Chloe if you don't tell me then at least show me," I said.

"I don't want to," She said.

"Why not," I said.

"You wouldn't understand," She said.

"You wanna bet," I said getting up.

"Fine I don't know if it is healing because I can't see it," Chloe said.

"Then let me see it so I can tell you if it is," I said stepping towards her.

"I can remember when you said that you nearly vomited when you saw it how do I know if you handle it any better," She said.

"It has been two days chances are that by now it has done some healing and won't be so..." I start not knowing how to finish without pissing off Chloe.

"So gross," Chloe said.

I was about to answer when Sam and Bec came in laughing then stopping all almost in an instant when they saw us turn to see them they were still in their winter coats so they must have come straight here like us.

"Y-y-your back," Sam said.

"Yes were back," I said as the two of them grabbed our arms and pilled us in for a hug.

"So what's the verdict what can we ask," Sam said.

"Well, the first person who asks me no scratch that anyone who asks me where I was will be picking their broken teeth up off the ground," I said smiling.

"So anything about why you diapered is off-limits," Said Sam.

"Well anything else," Bec said hugging Sam's arm.

"No, I think that's it," I said putting my hand to my chin.

"We should probably let the drama club know that your back," Sam said hoping I would comply.

"Sure why not," I said not having a reason to say no.

"So why how was your vacation," Bec said confusing me.

"Bec you're talking a lot more than normal," I said.

"Ya I noticed that too," Said Chloe.

"She's been talking a lot more ever since we started dating," Sam said as we made our way to the drama room.

"Oh ya," I said putting my hands on her shoulders.

"What," Bec said shrugging my hands off.

"You're coming out of your shell and that's a good thing I'm proud of ya," I said.

"To think I missed you," Bec said with a sigh as we all started laughing.

"So you tow ready for Christmas," Sam said smiling.

"You could say that," I said.

"Hey um Kaitlin I never got the chance to get you anything," Chloe said.

"Don't sweat it considering what happened to us I don't really care?" I said.

"Ya well I do," Chloe said.

"Ya and I will never let you out of my sight again just get mum or dad to go get it if your that worried about it," I said.

We get to the drama room and Andy turns to us.

"Well look what we have here stars of the show took a vacation did they," Andy said grinning at us.

"I do hope you remember your lines," He said

"Wanna find out," I said stepping into the room.

"Love to," He said gesturing his hand to the stage.

We got up on the stage and performed our scenes with minimal hitches.

"Not bad, not bad but you are still a little rough around the sides," Andy said.

"We will be sure to rehearse over the Christmas break," I said.

"Good well that's it for today it's a half-day so enjoy your holiday and go over the lines," Andy said walking to us.

"So you two still want to be part of the play I assume," Andy said.

"That's right got a problem with that" Chloe said.

"No no no no I was simply getting all the information I need for the casting list for the posters which is my Christmas project," Andy said.

"So we in or what," I said.

"Yes, you are now do try and make it to resale's after the Christmas break," Andy said walking off leaving the four of us in a dark empty drama room.

"Soooo you tow going to the closing ceremony I mean it's not mandatory but you should get up to date with the events that happened while you were not here," Sam said.

"We'll probably watch from a distance," I said.

After the closing ceremony on my way home, I got a call on my phone.

"Hello is this the phone of Kaitlin Graham," Said the voice on the other side.

"It is," I said.

"This is the police station and we would like you to talk to one of our prisoners now we normally wouldn't ask but he asked for you by name," Said the voice on the other side.

"I'll see him," I said before hanging up the phone.

I get home and tell my parents about the call and tell them not to interfere or try and stop me as I was genuinely interested in what he had to say so they all respected my decision. As I made my way to the station I saw Vicky walking up the road towards me.

"Kaitlin hey how are you" She yelled as she saw me.

"I'm good on my way to meet someone," I said.

"Well cool but be sure to stop by my place later oh and bring your sister or is she your girlfriend now," She said.

"Hahaha girlfriend," I said smiling as she ran off.

Is she my girlfriend, now that I think about it that's really up to her I'll have to talk to her about that later.

I get to the station and an officer notices me immediately and calls me to follow him to the cell.

"I'm glad you could make it," Said the man in the cell as I approached.

"I thought it was you, Harry," I said leaning on a wall to talk to him.

"I would like this to be a private visit," Harry said.

I waved my hand as if to say to the guard to go away.

"Miss he is..." The guard began but I cut him off.

"In a cell now unless you gave him the key or don't trust the doors of the cell he ain't going nowhere right," I said.

"Right," The guard said waking away.

"So you want me I'm here but I don't plan on staying so talk," I said giving him a stare of death.
