KAITLIN'S P.O.V

Me and Rick walk through the mall talking and laughing as we catch up with me withholding certain information regarding Chloe's recent kidnapping which I'm hoping Rick can help with off the record.

"Well from what I've just heard you seem to have found the one you are looking for," Rick said.

"Hey do you have off duty accesses to all those guns and body vests and whatnot," I asked

"I have partial access unless I am on a job in which case I have full access," He said.

"What do mean by partial access," I said.

"I really can't say it's not like I don't want to but I am bound by law not to," Rick said.

"Right ya of course," I said with a sigh.

"Is there something going on because you are not yourself?" Rick said looking at me concerned.

I wait for a bit then give in.

"If I tell you IF I tell you, you must promise to keep this off the record no one but you and I and Chloe can know about this," I said looking at him in that way that lets him know I am serious.

"You know I hate that look," He said.

"Ya well when I want something out of you this is the only way I can get it," I said.

"Fine but you owe me for this I just got this job," He said not likening his own decision.

I drag Rick to a secluded part of the mall and he is reluctant to go along with me.

"So not too long ago Chloe was kidnapped and I had to steal some police files to give to the kidnapper's contact but he said I would have to do a number of things to get my sister back and now he has a locket that I gave her and you know how I feel about things with a sentimental value and that locket is the most sentimental thing in the world to me," I said.

"You sto..." Rick starts but I put my hand over his mouth.

"I didn't have a choice ok he said I have to do it if I want to see her alive or unharmed again and I feel about her like no one else she is the one I need if she was harmed or dead I couldn't handle that," I say then removing my hand from his mouth.

"Alright for the sake of argument let's say I agree to help you but you haven't told me what it is you want me to do yet," Rick said.

"That part is up to you after I tell you everything I know you need to use that partial access of yours and your detective skills to help me find this guy so please help me I need you," I say using my feminism wiles and Ricks past felling for me to get him to help me.

"So what is the whole story," He said and I cracked a thankful smile.

CHLOE'S P.O.V

"So by complete process of elimination I now have three options as for what I can get to give Kaitlin for Christmas rather than 15," I said looking at a list of items that I had made while on my escapade around the mall as I sat on a bench.

"Want my opinion," Harry said looking around as I told him to.

"If you've got one," I said turning to look at him.

"Well, there is no rule saying you have to buy one gift for someone over Christmas and this way you can either buy all of them and save two of them for up and coming Christmas's or not get them," Harry said.

"Both of those options defeat the whole purpose of Christmas," I said looking at the list.

I look at the list and then it hits me.

"That's it I'll buy all three small gifts that can be equal to one all three prices are equal to one big gift," I said.

"There you go," Harry said.

"Well, now that I know what to do I guess I'll get to it," I said getting up.

I make my way through the mall buying the items left on my list before heading back to Kaitlin but couldn't find her.

"Hey you looking for Kaitlin your sister right," Said a guy in a suit and tie.

"And you are?" I ask.

"Rick I'm an old friend of your sister she walked off with some tall blond guy about 20 minutes ago," He said pointing his thumb in the direction she must have left in.

"Ah must have been my mate Jackson," Harry said.

"Jackson?" I said.

"Ya an old mate of mine if he is talking with your sis then I have a good idea of where he could be" Said Harry so I followed him down the hall.

We both walk down the hall to a cafe and I see them talking with a slice of cake each in front of them.

"Oh good you found us, hey Chloe come on over," Kaitlin said waving her hand in a beckoning way.

I walk over and sit next to Kaitlin she then puts a piece of cake on a fork in my face.

"Try this it is great," Kaitlin said.

"Ok," I said as I ate the cake off the fork Kaitlin still holding it.

"Hmm it is good," I said still chewing on the piece of cake.

"You're so cute," Kaitlin said as Harry sat next to me.

"Hey, Harry why did you owe my sister a favour what exactly did she do," Kaitlin asked.

"You want to tell her or should I," Harry said to me leaning in to see Kaitlin.

"Well on that day that I left..." I start but are cut off.

"And then mysteriously disappeared," Kaitlin said.

"It was all part of my plan," I said.

"What plan is that again?" Kaitlin said.

"An incomplete plan so you are not to know until it is complete," I said.

"Hu fine" Kaitlin said making me slightly hate myself.

"So as I was saying that day we hung out an then when he left to the station to go home and was completely out of money so I out of the goodness of my heart paid for his travel and in return instead of money he would be the first one I call for a quick favour," Chloe said.

"And so here I am" Said Harry.

"So your Jackson right," I said looking at a tall blond boy.

"She was right you are cute," Jackson said smiling.

"Do they know?" I ask grabbing Kaitlin's arm and pulling her in.

"You can tell them if you like" She whispered back to me.

"How about I let you boys in on a little secret," I said.

"Ok," Harry said adjusting himself in his seat.

I moved out of my seat pulling Kaitlin with mewe were then in front of Harry and Jackson I then kiss Kaitlin and I can almostsmell the two boys smiling at us and enjoying themselves as they watch on Ithen feel dizzy and I fall to the ground.
