To catch up on what happened Last Chapter, "Chapter 73: Back at War, This Time, Against The Terror of The Skies!!", Royce orders Captain Carmelita Montoya Fox to ready War-Fang's defenses against Ember and The Terror of The Skies, now only to be sent to War-Fang's City Archives by her Superior, Royce, to study War-Fang's history, past and what-not.
Meanwhile, in the Archives...
Carmelita: "I can't believe I'm being made to do this!," Carmelita exclaimed out loud only to be shushed by the entirety of the Archives, "I should be out there, doing my job! Managing War-Fang's defenses!" Carmelita started to talk to herself after talking out-loud, "How about The Terror of The Skies?," Carmelita proceeds to go towards the "The Terror of The Skies", aisle and begins taking several books about The Terror of The Skies. "Huh, 'Conqueror of Territory'; Bringer of Destruction and Death; Uhh!!!" Carmelita started getting highly irritated and was fed up with wanting to study War-Fang history, especially The Terror of The Skies. Although, Carmelita found some "interesting information" about The Terror of The Skies, such as her being a formidable strategist, tactician and opponent, and the fact that The Terror of The Skies was actually Cynder whom was corrupted from a young age, making Carmelita sob a bit. Fed up with the whole "Studying War-Fang History" idea, she abandoned the Archives and reported straight to Royce to file her own personal complaint. "That's it! You can fire me for all I care, I'm not studying this City's history, nor any of the like. Not doing it, I should be out there!"
Royce: "Bah!," Royce said out of frustration as he noticed Captain Carmelita enter his room, "Oh, Inspector Fox, it's good to see that you are here. Also, hearing that YOUR frustrations from outside my door, you didn't study much about War-Fang? Now did you?"
Carmelita: "I am A SOLDIER; NOT a SCHOLAR! Please remember that," she told the Human-Fire Guardian before telling Royce to say "Hi" to Cynthia before returning back to her post.
Royce: "What just happened? I guess- Never mind the Scout reported in. - that Vixen IS dedicated to her work."
