With Ember now awaiting Trial, Royce prepares himself for Draconic Court against Ember when Cynthia noticed Royce in a different attire.
Cynthia: "So, uh~ going somewhere fancy, I assume?"
Royce: "Court, Cynthia, I'm going to Court."
Cynthia: "Funny, I have to do something similar. I have to meet with a client. But first; I have to get my new Lawyer Suit."
Royce: "Oh boy, this should be an interesting Trial," Royce thought to himself. "Let's see where this goes..."
Once Cynthia left to visit her client, Royce had to be called towards the Council Chamber to start filing accusations against Ember.
Meanwhile, at Trial...
Judge: "Do you: Descendant of Malefor: The Dark Master pleade 'Guilty' on", the Judge makes mumbling noises as she reads the accusations against Ember, "Forgery of Documents, an account of Attempted Murder, account on Conspiracy, Forbidden Use of/on Magic, all 3 counts of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree Murder Charges, Tampering with Political Affairs, and Disturbing the Peace?" The Judge asked Ember whom looked at her lawyer: Cynthia and with Ember whispering into Cynthia's ears.
Cynthia: "Uh-huh, yeah, yeah, ok, right, alright; understood; Your Honor, Ember here is willing to pleade 'Guilty' on Forgery, Attempted Murder but was considered 'Accidental' due to pardon, Tampering with Political Affairs and Disturbing the Peace, but 'non-guilty' on Murder Charges. She also pleads Guilty to Espionage, but not-guilty to sabotage."
Judge: "Now that we have all of our information (sorry I didn't include counter-argument) the Jury will make its decision on rather-or-not you are-or-not guilty tomorrow, for now, this Court is adjourned!" the Judge then slams her mallet down before the entire court-room emptied and returned back to normal (for the time being).
The Next Day...
Judge: "Cynthia, what evidence does the defense of Ember: Daughter of Malefor have to say against the Fire Guardian's accusations?"
Cynthia: "Thank you, Your Honor, as it is known, forensics from the Science Department show miniscule amounts of Dark Crystals within these Transcripts," Cynthia approaches the Judge, with Transcripts in her Ribbons, "they were laced with a type of Dark Crystal with HER specific genetic markers, meanwhile making the Crystals more effective and potent too."
Judge: "So what are you saying exactly?"
Cynthia: "I am saying, Your Honor, is that Ember here should be found 'non-guilty' of a crime that was not of her intentional doing!"
Royce: "She's one manipulative Sylveon! I swear, she'll have the jury eating out of her Ribbons!" Royce thought to himself.
Cynthia: "And for that; this is my statement, err~ evidence, Your Honor!"
Judge: "All right, everyone, this Court is adjourned, session will continue tomorrow, effective: Immediately!"
The Next Day...
Judge: "Alright, now has everyone had their meals before we start, err~ finish this Trial?" The Judge asks the Jury before they left their preparation room(s).
After the Judge and Jury arrive in the Court Room...
Judge: "How does the Jury find the Defendant: Ember: Daughter of Malefor?"
Jury: "We; the Jury, find the Defendant: Ember: Daughter of the Dark Master and Malefor~" one of the Jury-members was attempting to say Ember's judgement only to become interrupted by a pair of Dragon's and Dragoness' (Spyro and Cynder) that an unknown enemy force has invaded War-Fang and they "needed Every able bodied citizen in the defense of War-Fang, for/ in the defense of the Dragon-Realms!"
