Royce: "Uhh... I swear, being like this, kidnapped, err~ monster-napped by a Monster then to be treated as if I'M it's child, how absurd," Royce thought to himself before coming up with an extreme solution: Turn into the very beast that captured and kidnapped him, "well... I might as well sacrifice my humanity (or what is left of it) and trade it in for survival. Oh well, I hope my friends don't mistake me for this thing!" These were Royce's last thoughts before transforming into a Barioth pup, losing all sentimentality. All except the the ability to read, "write" (using the clawed parts attached to his wings) and partially understand humans. Other than that, his behavior represented an animal.
Back with Tiffany and her siblings...
Tiffany: "Hello Commander, sorry for our little 'inconvenience'. Wait! Who's this Hunter Guy? And where's the Pink One?" Tiffany then looks down, "Oh! There you are, Cynthia," Cynthia then salutes the adopted 13-year-old Dragoness. then Tiffany noticed that they almost forgot about their new "guest". "A-hem! Commander, I almost forgot to mention that a SPECIAL guest guided us through THAT unknown part of the now declared 'Hoar-Frost Ridge'." The Commander stood there, silently astonished. Questions only filled the Astran Commanders head.
Commander: "Let me get this straight... this Monster..."
Cynthia: "Glaceon! Her name is Krystal."
Commander: "... This Glaceon: Krystal, she's the one that escorted you through the Hoar Frost Ridge, alive and unscratched? I'm interested, if not impressed!" The Commander then begins to have second thoughts. "About the 5 in a team... I'm changing my mind; only 2 Hunters and 2 side-kicks and one of you 3 has to stay behind for this Quest. Who is it going to be, that is going to be left behind?" After a little bit of thinking, Flambe and Flamer were the first ones to omit themselves due to the feeling to the feeling that they were not going to make it out alive, nor would find their father alive either.
