To catch up on what happened in the last Chapter- "Chapter 75: A Random Quest Given by Vixie," Vixie asks Royce a favor which of course he accepts. This surprises Vixie as he immediately completes by giving Vixie a Thunder-Stone to heal her father's Wing-thritis.
The Next Morning...
Song: "Wakey-Wakey Royce," Song says as she walked in unannounced, "Royce, you got things to do, are you even listening?"
Royce: "*Royce groans, not wanting to get up* Five more minutes, Song," Royce says to Song groggily. Song then decided to use one of her sharp claws and poked at Royce, "encouraging him" to wake up. "Okay, okay, I'm up, I'm up!! Now what's so important about today, Song?" Royce asked the female Snow Leopard as he jumps out of bed and prepares himself for the day ahead of him. "Are there ANY important tasks, events, or meetings for the day?"
Song: "No Sir, Royce. This day, as of today, is all about you; Captain Carmelita is handling your duties for the day." Song informs the Human-Fire-Guardian.
Royce: "So what makes today so different from other days?" Royce asks Song as several individuals (Cynthia, Kelly, Winter, Vixie, Giri, and several others) enter his room, while he was "getting ready" for the day. "Will someone tell me what is going on and what you are all doing in my room?!"
Cynthia: "Another successful 'Yearly Adventure' as we grow up One-more year together." Royce's Sylveon says to him as she wraps one of her Ribbons around his wrist.
Giri: "Spending my First-year with my Pack-Alpha," the female Great Girros explains to Royce before changing into her human-form, "I want to know more about Pack-Alpha." Giri says, swaying her scaly tail from left to right.
Kelly: "Uh... I guess my emotions are mixed, I don't know."
Winter & Vixie: "A good friend and influence on others."
Royce: "Thanks? M-means a lot, I guess," Royce replied speechless, and at a loss of words, "I mean this year has been somewhat eventful; I do appreciate the gesture the lot of you are showing, means a lot."
Vixie: "Although..." Vixie paused, directing Royce's attention towards her, "... due to your apparent actions in the Windy City, this has caused uneasiness and tension within the Kingdom..."
Royce: "Therefore?"
Vixie: "Therefore, for your protection, I have ordered 2 guard's to act as your escorts (as you head) back to the Windy City AND FIX WHATEVER MESS YOU GOT YOURSELF INTO UP THERE!! We don't need another war due to The Terror of The Skie's using some sort of corrupting elixir, Gems, or whatever on you, do I make myself clear?!" Vixie asked Royce with aggression and a hint of authority.
Royce: "Yeah, sure. I'll deal with it, A.S.A.P, but I'm not bringing YOUR choice of guards, I'm bringing a small team to escort me up to The Windy City!"
Vixie: "Fine, do whatever you want, just don't come back with news that the Princess has declared war against War-Fang. We do not have the resources nor manpower to resist such an assault. Understood?!"
Royce: "Understood, I don't want blood on my hands, Vixie. I assure you!"
Vixie: "Good, now go!"
