As Royce left Ember to attend to "more important" matters; Ember left the Academy without anyone noticing. When she did leave, Ember headed towards Astra & Seliana (with Documents in Claw) and began looking for any personnel whom knew where the leaders of both Astra and Seliana were.
Once Ember located both leaders in Seliana and Astra, Embers (and the leaders) then went to Selaina and the 3 met at a Meeting Table and were about to begin discussing politics.
An just as the Commander of Astra was about to finish signing the final piece of documentation, a Fire Arrow shot from Royce's Harbringer hits the documents preventing the final sign-off.
Royce: "Do not sign off on those documents, Commander, I haven't, nor will I authorize them!" Royce said with aggression as he began to lightly use his Convexity to show off his seriousness. And threatening posteur (posture).
Royce: "Ember, do you think that the humans here understand Ancient Dragon Dialect?! Do you even know what the papers..." goes over to take the "Documents" that were in possession of Ember and the Commission "... that I thought my 'friend' here~ NO! These Documents claim that there is to be a capturing of the following Monsters," Royce then lists the Large Monsters before continuing on explaining what the Documents were to be used for.
Royce: "This could go either two ways, Ember: Die right here on the spot; or two: be trialed for Crimes against the Human and Dragon Realms including War-Crimes, Espionage, Sabotage, Attempted Murder, Intention of yada~ yada~ yada~, etceteria, etceteria, etceteria. Your Choice?"
Royce: "Be careful on your choices here, Ember. Everything you might've loved, or cared about (including me), gone in a flash. Do you really want to screw up your future? Your Destiny? Your Friends, Family?"
Just as Ember was about to make a move, Royce noticed Peebs bringing out a Tranquilizer Pistol and pressed the hand-held firearm against the Pink Dragoness' Temple, making the Dragoness flinch a little.
Peebs: "Make your choices carefully, Dragoness, or die trying..." Peebs threatened as Ember became submissive and submitted to the Human-Fire-Guardian and Bubblegum scientist.
Ember: "I give, I give!!" Ember said as Peebs kept the Tranq Pistol against her head. Terefore letting Royce arrest Ember and reading her Miranda Rights (If they exist in the Dragon Realms).
Royce: "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answer at any time," Royce told the Pink Dragoness, "do you understand your Miranda Rights?" Royce the once friend: Ember, now turned enemy as she said nothing thanks to her Miranda Rights privileges before Royce flew the now restrained Pink Dragoness beck to War-Fang to await Trial.
