Chapter 30: The Airport: Actually going to the Airport!

Royce, Cynthia, and Bertha wake up early at 6:00 A.M.~ 7:00 A.M., Royce hurriedly puts his Sylveon's Service Animal Uniform on Cynthia, Royce got to wearing black "shorts", flip-flops, and a blue Reebok shirt, and Bertha was already dressed and ready to go.

Once they were prepared and ready to go, the trio then rushed into Bertha's car, with Bertha driving as fast as she could before running into a traffic jam for an hour straight. After the traffic jam ended/ passed, Bertha went back to speeding as to avoid for Royce being late for his departure to Washington. As soon as they got to the Nashville airport, they found out that they were late and that their plane already left, and then went to another Plane Terminal. When they located the Terminal, as they located the Terminal, as they noticed there was several hours before Royce's flight would arrive. So Royce, Cynthia, and Bertha explored the airport for a while, looking forward to getting Royce something to eat before eventually settling on O'Charley's.

As soon as Royce finished eating his Fish 'N' Chips, he paid for his meal then left the O'Charley's restaurant before heading back towards their new Terminal C-11. When they arrived back at C-11, Royce, Bertha, and Cynthia waited for the plane to arrive. Just as Royce, Cynthia and Bertha were waiting for their flight, a very familiar figure came in to greet Royce, only then to notice Bertha, she was doing her best to ignore Bertha as a result.

Flashie: "ROYCE!! You've arrived, just as I thought you would arrive. Annd, I've seen you've brought company, and by 'company', I mean someone besides 'ME' walking besides YOU..." only then to be interrupted by Royce.

Royce: "CHILL OUT FLASHIE! This is only my HUMAN adoptive mother. So stop being jealous. Now come on, we're going to need to get going! Here, I'll walk right beside you and escort you like a proper person would when escorting a princess!" Royce then then wraps his right arm around Flashie's left wing and Cynthia then wraps her Ribbons around Royce's left hand and the 3 then walk into the plane together.

Once Bertha left Royce and Cynthia onto their own devices as soon as they onto their plane, Flashie then directed Royce towards HER private quarters in which was a large, empty space for everyone to sleep, rest, chat and do whatever pleased. After they and everyone else in the plane got settled, Flashie began the talk, which then resulted in a conversation beginning between the two.

Royce: "Sooo... what brings you to the Human-Realm? If it is so BIG and IMPORTANT, if I should mind me asking?" Royce seemed skeptical as to why one of his Royal Friends was visiting the Human-Realm.

Flashie: "Well..." Flashie pauses, causing her to stutter out of senselessness, "... truth is... uhmm..." Flashie kept stuttering at her inability to find the proper words.

Royce: "Go on... say it... it can't be all bad. I'm ready." Royce urged the Draconic Dragoness, resulting in Flashie's blurting something out of random.

Flashie: "Look, the reason to why I'm here, in this Dimension, and on this plane with you is well... because I care and... and... and... and well... cause I have feelings for you~ I LOVE YOU." Hearing those words from someone that cared about him, Royce was left speechless, then Flashie continued speaking as if she wasn't finished, "... although I also know that you're currently in a relationship with that Fire-Girl; Phoebe, and that I wanted you to know that I'm free no matter what!"

Royce: "To be honest, Flashie, I think my 'wife' divorced me, and I haven't heard from her since she put me back in this gosh-forsaken Dimension! I'd be MORE than GLAD to be around someone that appreciates my presence, believe it or not!" Royce then thought back to what Flashie offered earlier, before it hit him in the face on what it actually meant, "Wait a minute! Are you asking me on a d-d-d DATE?! I dunno~ I haven't been doing well with girls lately, we can hang-out, but I don't know about the date thing, Flashie. Is that an OKay answer for you?"

Flashie: "SURE!! I'll take that as an answer! I'll be like a date in the sky, right?" Flashie questioned her love interest, only for him to then look at her balnkly and with no response.

Royce: "... ... ..." Royce paused, still clueless of Flashie's idealism's, before coming up with a(n) response. "If you want to call it that, that's fine by me."

Flashie: "Yeaa!"

Royce: "CHILL OUT, I~ I just want to relax, work in this Dimension sometimes changes people, and it's been a while since I've been back to my 'Birthplace', if that's what you want to call it, Flashie." Jade (A Dragoness that's made entirely out of Jade crystal; guards and remains by Flashie's side at all times), and Cynthia were shocked at Royces' sudden outburst. As they then decided to leave the 20-year-old Human-Dragon alone and give him some space for the remainder of the flight. On occasion, Flashie would lay her head (muzzle) on Royce's lap and would sometimes tease him while Cynthia sat beside Royce before going/ falling asleep.

Less than an hour later, Royce, Cynthia, Flashie, and Jade arrive at Washington D.C. airport following Royce as he was leading the way towards the Baggage Claim area. After he claimed his luggage, Royce began asking random where the exit was. When he found the exit, 4 figures were waiting for someone, only then for them to stop Royce, Flashie, Jade and Cynthia.

Sabine: "You 3 (Flashie, Jade, Cynthia) move! You there, Royce, stay here until the Princess arrives!" Sabine directed the confused 20-year-old before pulling out a pair of dual lazer-pistols that looked like toys.

Royce: "Please... like what are a pair of 'toys' are those?" Not being intimidated by the lazer-type firearms, "Wait a minute... you seem... familiar? Nooo... it can't be... Sabine? Oh my gosh, it is!!" Royce said, noticing the Mandalorian as someone he knew. "Sooo... what brings you to(o)... ... ... here?"

Sabine: "Her..." Sabine pointed towards Royce's wife and children..

Phoebe: "WHAT TH~?!" Phoebe reacted to seeing the Draconic Princess's wing wrapped around her husband's arm. "You ARE cheating on me!!!" Royce's wife spoke in outrage to seeing Royce and Flashie together.

Royce: "MOVE SABINE, I'm going to straighten this out myself!" Only then for Sabine to stop him from approaching her any further. Right before Phoebe tells Sabine to stand down.

Phoebe: "Mind to explain why you're with this Princess? And still not loyal to me?!?"

Royce: "LOYAL?!? YOU WANT LOYALTY?!? I WAS LOYAL TO YOU UNTIL YOU THREW ME AWAY LIKE TRASH!!! YOU CARED NOTHING ABOUT ME AND KIDS, E~ especially the~ the~ the way you made me suffer by separating me from the family! We're suppose to go through EVERYTHING as a family, and family CARE for each other no matter what, rather it be hardship or each others sufferings! Now, if you're NOT going to help support me like I would during YOUR hard times, move aside... because my 'wife'... she's DEAD to me. She sent me back here, and I got someone waiting for me and I DON'T want to keep them waiting. Cynthia, follow, you've done (an) AWESOME Service being an Service Animal!" Royce then noticed Cynthia to wrap one of her Ribbons around his right arm. As Royce was leaving the D.C. airport, he got a call from Cmdr. May's girlfriend: Marian, whom then gave him directions to where to find the vehicle she was in. Once he located the van, Royce and Cynthia then got into the red van and the 3 then ride all the way towards they live: an apartment, only to arrive late into the night.
