To catch up with what happened last Chapter... Royce and Cynthia are given access to a new hotel while Royce "recovers" Cynthia needs to make friends with the locals, and fast!
Royce: "Cynthia, I got an idea," Royce then kneels down to Cynthia's level before whispering, "I've noticed 2 baby Dragonesses sitting on a nearby couch. Maybe you should start making friends with the kids, right?" Cynthia looks back at the Dragonesses then Royce and back.
Cynthia: "Well, here goes..." Cynthia says as she leaves Royce's side and approaches the two conversing Dragonesses, at the while, still earning unnecessary stares and attention.
As soon as Cynthia jumped up and onto the couch, she immediately earned the attention of the conversing Dragonesses.
Chelsie: "Ah! The Dragon Killer is sitting right beside us, Stacy, what do we do?!"
Before Stacy could answer her frantic sister, Chelsie, Royce got real close to the 3 females and began talking to Chelsie and Stacy in a somewhat scary tone of voice.
Royce: "Trust me... there are FAR worse things in this world (and life) than what you kiddie's think! She ISN'T something to fear, in fact, if it was up to me... I'd place my life in her ribbons!"
Stacy: "Really?... You'd place your in her hands just like that?"
Royce: "Just like that... and ALWAYS have since the beginning!"
Stacy: "Really?"
Chelsie: "Yeah, really?"
Cynthia: "Yes, really! I care for him, he cares for me, we're equals." Cynthia tells the two tiny Dragonesses as their mouths hang open in astonishment.
Chelsie: "Ar~ are you friendly?"
Cynthia: "Of course I am! Why you ask?"
Stacy: "Everyone fears her here!"
Royce: "Not the Princess! She's known Cynthia here as long as she has known me! And she ADORES Cynthia!"
One of the Dragonesses (Stacy) grew the courage to start petting the Dragon Killer which surprised Chelsie and got the hotel lobby's attention.
Stacy: "Aw! She's soo cute, she feels so soft!"
Royce: "Look Cynthia, you made yourself 2 friends in the hotel! How do you feel?!"
Cynthia: "More appreciated," Cynthia said to Royce, "at least I've earned some, err~ made new friends."
