Once Malefor's figure disappears, Royce wakes up only to find a transcript with some sort of Ancient Draconic text. He thought this was Malefor's "Claw-Writing" and so brought it to one of Malefor's closest descendants: Ember, whom was also Malefor's daughter.
After Royce gave Ember the Ancient Draconic Transcript (discretely) she began looking at the Transcript, and was terrified at the Claw-Writing.
Ember: "TELL ME WHERE YOU GOT THIS TRANSCRIPT, IMMEDIATELY!!"
Royce: "You're not going to believe me if it WAS the truth. But please, keep an open mind."
Ember: "Just tell me, already..." Ember said with impatience as Royce began explaining.
Royce: "Would you want it, like, want me to play my cards straight?"
Ember: "JUST," Ember takes a deep breath before calming down. "... tell me please..."
Royce: "Okay, so last night, as I began to sleep and doze off, there is an unknown figure that eventually himself as Malefor. So he gives me this List and requests of me to to defend his last and FINAL family member: you." as a result, Ember nearly began crying.
Ember: "Royce, I need you to leave, I need a little alone time, please?" Ember requested from the 21-year-old as he left the (some-what worried) Dragoness and returned back to his duties. And one of his duties as a Fire- Guardian was to ensure peace and wisdom, but he just needed to make sure that there was still peace between the Dragons of War-Fang and the Hunters of Astra and Seliana.
