Chapter 71: Royce Turns To The Dark Side?

Cynder: "For your first mission I want you to kill those closest associated to you, including, but not limited to: Your friends, family, allies, I mean EVERYBODY, leave NO ONE associated with past self alive." The Terror of The Skies commanded her new human "apprentice" as he proceeded towards the Windy City.

At The Windy City...

As soon as Royce (now corrupted) at the Windy City's Palaces' gates, she senses uneasy and negative energy enacipating from Royce but decides to ignore her suspicions.

Flashie: "Morning Royce, what brings you... here?"

Royce: "BRING OUT THE PRISONERS," Royce demanded as he secretly brought out his Colt 1911 .45 pistol Dylan gave to Royce as a gift, "I NEED TO SEE THEM," he exclaimed which Flashie ordered Jade as she went to bring the 2 prisoners: Ryan & Cmdr.May before Royce.

Cmdr.May: "What do you want with us now? Right before anyone knew it, Royce (now corrupted) just executed Cmdr.May without remorse or second thoughts.

Royce: "I never really liked that monster!"

Flashie: "Royce! Explain yourself, you executed a prisoner!"

Royce: "That man committed more than SEVERAL acts of atrocities against my mother, especially against me!"

Flashie: "What did he do? Was it that bad?" Royce remained silent, "Oh, it was. What was it?"

Royce: "Domestic Violence and witnessing Assault.

Royce only said "I need help" before leaving.

Meanwhile, back at Dante's Freezer...

Ember: "Wonder how he did on completing his objective."

Cynder: "If he doesn't, then he will be severely punished."

Upon Arrival

Back To Dante's Freezer...

Cynder: "Ahem," Royce straightens himself out, "Did you take care of your business?"

Royce: "Yes General, the deed is done. What is next My Lord?" Royce questioned Ther Terror of The Skies as he just smiled, "I always wanted to do that, especially against him!"

Ember: "...And why is that?"

Royce: "He (damaged) and scarred me and my mind, permanently..." Royce explained to Ember whom was starting to feel ashamed of tormenting this 22-year-old, "... and THAT is why I went after him..."

Cynder: "Hmm... interesting indeed," Cynder began into Royce's mind as she easily by-passed his mental barriers and began reading into his past involving Cmdr.May, "Memories involving being made Royce having mixed-results (and emotions) about this 'Commander' ..."

Royce: "Yeah," Royce asked, "not something Cynder would expect. Something I have more in common with Ember." He looked towards before walking away from The Terror of The Skies and Ember as if nothing just happened. As a result, Royce walked back to his Cell only to go to sleep. After Royce went to "bed", Ember got to thinking about what Royce told them and began crying.
