Meanwhile, in a Windy City Palace Laboratory...
Flashie: "How long until Royce's Regeneration powers come back; When will he be back on his feet?"
Peebs: "Honestly, Your Highness, I have no absolute clue. Every time I give him something experimental, it either back-fires somehow, or it doesn't work! Can't say for certain."
Flashie: "Are you certain of this?"
Peebs: "Yes, and IF it DOES work, it may take days, weeks, or even months, but I can't be certain!!"
Flashie: "Why not?"
Peebs: "His body, and genetics, they interact in strange ways. It's like whatever foreign that tries to hijack or invade his body from the outside gets destroyed and becomes useless unless it finds a way to symbiotically get along," the Candy-Being explained to the Princess, "and I think I have an idea..." Peebs then goes into the room; the room in which Song was attending to Royce.
Venom: "What do you want, Candy-Witch?!"
Peebs: "Me," Peebs brings out a new specialized serum designed specifically for Royce, "Princess wants Royce's body and mind to recover, and I need to know if you, the Symbiote, to accept Royce's specific genome."
Venom: "I swear, you harm my host, I'll absorb your Candy-Essence, then every bit of you!"
Peebs: "That's a risk I'm willing to take." And like that, Peebs then injects the specialized serum meant for Royce into him (with Venom's "permission" of course.) This in turn gained Songs' attention.
Song: "What is that you are doing to him? And what are you putting into him too?" the curious Clouded Leopardess (female Snow Leopard) asked.
Peebs: "If I'm right, his body WILL improve, but as for his crippled mind... it will NOT go back to his pre-seizure-like state, but his mind will be at least (some-what) stabilized."
Suddenly, after explaining to Song as to what she was giving to Royce, Flashie and Jade entered and ordered the like to leave.
Flashie: "Do you think her potion will work, Jade?"
Jade: "Honestly, Your Highness, maybe tomorrow, that's my best guess..."
The Next Day, morning...
Unknowing to Song, Peebs, Flashie and Jade Royce had just woke up in more than good condition. But began panicking due to the post-traumatic battle between Malefor and him., the others heard this and rushed into Royce's recovering room.
Flashie: "Hey Jade, guess your prediction was right, huh?" Flashie elbowed Jade as she only shrugged off the gesture..
Song: "Is he all right, Peebs?" As Song asked Peebs the question, she remained silent.
Jade: "He's alright, Royce?"
Royce then looked towards the group.
Royce: "... yes..."
Venom: "But I'm feeling better!"
