Sebastian: What happened to you, Lois? Are you all right?
Lois: I killed him.
Sebastian: What?
At that moment, Jared and Chloe enter the room and run up beside Lois.
Jared: What happened?
Chloe: Lois?
Lois' broken voice comes out of her mouth with difficulty.
Lois: Blood. On my hands. His blood on my hands. It was my fault. It's all my fault. I killed him.
And she faints.
Sebastian: Lois? No!
Sebastian tries to lift her up, but Jared tries to stop him.

Jared looks at his friend, not believing what just happened. Various thoughts run through his head in a flat second and in the end, he decides what to do.
