Hello everyone! I apologize for the long wait, I not only had a bad case of writer's block I also have been busy with work and visiting an old friend this past month. But I am finally back with the new chapter! Hope you enjoy and hope to get back into the groove again.

(Dil's POV)

When Tommy saids he had a headlake that was the first thing I should have known that pointed towards him being an alieum. Sure, we can get headlakes and be really cold and shivery when we're sick but Tommy wasn't throwing up or sneezing or coughing like you dos when you're sick! Only his head was hurting a lots and his head ended up not being the onlyiest thing hurting neither. When our mommy wokeded him up so we could eat dinner he started to goes on and on about how his arms was hurting lots especially in the spot where he gotteded his foo shot.

(Normal POV)

Not too much longer after Tommy had nodded off on the couch did Didi come into the living room.

"Alrirght you two, dinners ready." Didi chuckled as she picked up Dil before noticing Tommy sleeping on the couch

Going to place Dil in his high chair in the kitchen, she then returned to the couch as she shook Tommy gently to wake him.

"Oh, I know you're sleepy sweetie, let's eat a little bit then you can sleep early tonight." Didi said, gently ruffling Tommy's hair as she picked him up from the blanket and into the kitchen. Sitting Tommy down into his booster seat, Didi then went back over to the stove to make both Tommy and Dil's plates of food. Tommy just groggily whined as he rubbed his eyes before laying his head down on the table as a concerned look crossed Dil's face.

"Are you okay Tommy?" Dil asked

"No...it feels like my whole body has a big boo boo." Tommy replied, turning his head to look at his brother but not removing it from the table. "My arm also hurts extra lots."

"That's weird, I never heard of that happening when you feels sick afore." Dil pondered

At that same moment, Didi brought the plates over, setting them in front of the two toddlers. Noticing Tommy was struggling to stay awake, or even sitting up for that matter, Didi pulled one of the table chairs closer as she assisted Tommy with eating his dinner. Mushing some of the peas on his plate in his hand before putting it into his mouth Dil was lost in thought. Tommy was fine this morning, he was fine at the doctor too! But now, after receiving that flu shot things seemed to be going downhill for his older brother. Dil suddenly let out a gasp as he looked over at his brother in shock.

That's it! This couldn't be his brother! It had to be an alien pretending to be his brother. It only made sense as to why now of all times when his brother was feeling sick that he actually was hurting all over. Germs only make humans sick while they hurt aliens. If this Tommy was hurting, then he had to be an alien! Frowning, Dil watched as Didi continued feeding his so-called brother. If this wasn't the real Tommy, that means he had to be trapped somewhere to be taken to outside space.

Seeing that Tommy was starting to get a little bit fussy and refusing to eat anymore of what was left on his plate, Didi went ahead and set down the spoon she had in her hand.

"Oh alright sweetie, lets get you a bath and right to bed." Didi cooed as she picked up Tommy.

Walking out of the kitchen and over to the basement door, Didi opened the door to call down to Stu who was tinkering away at his latest invention once again.

"Stu, dinner's ready! Tommy's having side effects from his flu shot so i'm going to give him a bath and go ahead and put him down for bed. Dil's still eating in the kitchen." Didi called down to her husband

"Alright! I'll be up in just a moment." Stu replied

With that Didi went ahead and took Tommy upstairs to give him a quick bath. Meanwhile Stu came upstairs as Dil was finishing up his dinner. Seeing that Dil had finished, Stu cleaned him up and sat him down in the living room to watch Goober for a little while.

"Alright champ, you stay here and watch Goober. Your big brother needs some rest right now." Stu said, patting Dil on the head before heading back to the kitchen to get himself something to eat.

Upon seeing that Stu walked back into the kitchen, Dil took this opportunity to get down from the couch as he made his way over to the stairs. If that really was an alien up there he had to figure out where he had taken his actual brother!

(Dil's POV)

After eating my daddy turneded on Goober which was nice but I hads decided that I needed to finds out what that alieum did with my real brother. So I went upstairs to finds out where my mommy and the alieum were. Once I gots up there I founded them in Tommy and mine's room where my mommy was tucking in the alieum for night night. When my mommy gotted up to leaves our room I decided to sneak in and investligate the alieum. Since I didn't want him to gets mad and attackle me I grabbeded one of our buckets and put it on my head along with grabbing the shovel and Tommy's flashlight. Now that I was ready in case I got attackled, I went over to the alieum as I turneded on the flashlight and pulleded the blankey off of the alieum.

(Normal POV)

"Where's my brother you evil alieum?!" Dil exclaimed, shining the flashlight in Tommy's face

Tommy, of course, in protest whined and pushed the flashlight out of his face as he sat up angrily.

" What are you talking abouts? Leaves me alone!" Tommy frowned, grabbing the cover and pulling it over his head.

"Only normal hooman beans get sick from germs and alieums get hurt from germs so that means if you're hurting like you has a big boo boo then you must be an alieum!" Dil explained, holding up the shovel to guard himself from Tommy.

"Dil i'm not an alieum! I'm just sick." Tommy responded

"That's asactly what an alieum would say! Now tells me where you've takeded my real brother so I can gets him back!" Dil exclaimed again, holding up the flashlight in Tommy's face

Fed up quite quickly from his brother's stupid accusation, Tommy began crying hoping to alert one of his parents so he could get some actual rest. Not long after, Didi came back upstairs to notice Dil in the room as she moved to remove the bucket from Dil's head.

"No no sweetie, Tommy's not feeling well and needs some rest. Let's get you back downstairs, you can play once he's feeling better." Didi said, picking up Dil and carrying him from the bedroom.

Dil squinted at his so called brother as Tommy plopped back down in the bed and rolled over to finally get some sleep. Tommy was an alien he just knew it, he just needed help to expose the alien's lies!

Will Dil be able to expose Tommy as an actual alien instead? Find out next time!
