A chapter on a Thursday afternoon? Yes indeed! I had writing energy these past couple days which meant I started and finished this chapter even before the weekend hit! Anyway, hope you all enjoy!

The following couple of days after Christmas weren't too eventful for the Rugrats. The babies were currently over in the playpen at the Java Lava with Chas, Betty, Kira and Stu. With it being cold and windy business was booming more than ever over at the Java Lava leaving Chas, Betty, and Kira all extra busy in the coffee house.

"Yikes, looks like you guys have your work cut out for you." Stu commented, leaning on the counter next to the line.

"Yup, and I can't blame a single person. Nothing like a hot cup of joe to get you warmed up and ready to go on a cold day!" Betty exclaimed, pouring some coffee in a cup for a customer

"I think this is great, I don't think we've had this many customers in a while." Kira said

"I know, oh I just hope the kids aren't too overwhelmed by the amount of people." Chas said, eyeing the playpen where the toddlers were currently rolling around a ball

"Ahh well if you're worried Chas, I can take them over to the park. I'm sure they'd like to go and play in the snow." Stu offered

"I don't know Stu, it's awfully cold and you know how sensitive Chuckie is around this time of year. All that cold dry air really does a number on the little guy." Chas stammered

"I'll make sure they're all bundled up and warm, if they get too cold we'll come right back here. Besides, you should be focusing on your customers." Stu said

"Well...alright then." Chas said

With that Stu stopped leaning against the counter as he made his way over to the playpen, unlatching the gate to let the Rugrats out.

"Come on kids, we're going to the park!" Stu exclaimed

Hearing the park being mentioned, the kids lit up in excitement as they rushed to get on their winter attire. Once Stu assured everyone not only took a potty break before they left but also that they were bundled up nice and warm, they quickly made their way out the door to head to their destination.

Meanwhile, as the Rugrats were making their way over to the park to play, at the same time a certain group of brothers were also at the park. Pacing in the snow was none other than Timmy McNulty with his five other brothers all standing before him.

"Alright McNultys, listen up, since Tanner is our littlest brother we have to make sure he's truly a McNulty. That means we have to give him an itchination." Timmy stated, looking at the line of the other boys

"But, um, we don't haves the McNulty ball no mores Timmy. Member? That one kid bited it and poppeded it." Teddy spoke up

"I know, it's still a tragecy that our ball is now gone. But that's okay, acause I have a betterer idea. We're gonna test how he does by making him train for the winter 'Lympics." Timmy explained

"What's a 'lympics?" Tanner asked

"It's where a bunch of athletes play a whole bunch of games against each other and whoever is the bestest wins a whole bunch of gold medals." Timmy answered

"Neat! I wanna be in the 'lympics!" Tanner said in awe, now very on board with the idea

"That's the spirit Tanner, now for the firstest thing you has to do to train for the 'lympics is run two laps around the playground. You start at the bench over theres, and you goes all the way around the sidewalk until your back at the bench again. Be careful though, the one thing you has to watch out for is the slickery ice that will make you fall down." Timmy explained to the youngest

"Okay!" Tanner said with a determined look

Nodding, Timmy stepped aside to allow the youngest McNulty to go over by the bench along the sidewalk, as Tanner began taking his first lap around the playground sidewalk. At the same time, the Rugrats had finally arrived at the playground themselves as they separated from Stu, who had taken a seat on the bench, as they stood in the middle of the sidewalk.

"So what are we going to dos?" Kimi asked

"Hmmm I don't know, there's lots of different stuff we can dos." Tommy replied

"Oooh lets make more snowy angels!" Lil exclaimed, plopping onto her back in the snow

"I don't really want to make any more snow angels, they're nice but they makes my back all wet and then I gets cold and shivery." Chuckie replied

Of course, unknowing to Tanner that the Rugrats were now blocking the path on the sidewalk, came back around the path at his full running speed. Spotting the group, Tanner attempted to stop running only to unfortunately step on a patch of ice at that moment as he slipped forward, landing on his stomach as he slid up next to the group. Being startled by his fall, Tanner teared up as he began bawling loudly, catching not only the attention of the Rugrats in front of him but also his brothers who were still nearby. Of course, worried about their brother the McNultys all started making their way in the direction of Tanner's cries.

"Hey, lookit, it's Timmy's brother, Tanner." Dil pointed out, recognizing the youngest McNulty

Wanting to be helpful, Savannah toddled over to the other baby as she held out her hand. Sure she didn't really want to help the kid that made her sister cry but it was still the nice thing to do.

"Here takes my hand, I'll helps you." Savannah said

Tanner, feeling embarrassed to know he was crying in front of a girl, sniffled as he quickly wiped away his tears and rubbed his nose on the sleeve of his coat as he quickly sat up into a sitting position.

"I don't needs your help! Asides I wouldn't have falleded if you guys weren't in the way." Tanner exclaimed, crossing his arms

"Oh, okay, uh sorry." Savannah said, pulling her hand back

The rest of the group murmured their apologies as the youngest McNulty got to his feet again. Just then, Timmy and the others had finally made their way over to see if Tanner was okay.

"Tanner, are you okays?" Teddy asked

"Uh huh, I thinks sos, I just fallded down acause they were in my way." Tanner replied, pointing to the Rugrats

"Well, if it isn't Tommy Pickles and his little baby friends. What dumb baby games are you all playing now?" Timmy smirked

"Hey! Our games aren't dumb! I bet they're way more fun that what you guys are doing." Tommy retorted before thinking for a moment, "What are you guys doing anyway?"

"We're training Tanner for the winter 'lympics." Timmy replied

"Oooh! That sounds like fun, can we play winter 'lympics?" Kimi asked

"Haha you'd only lose, Tanner is going to be the bestest winter 'lympics athlete." Timmy bragged

"You says that Timmy, but we beated you the lastest time we played 'Lympics and we can dos it again!" Tommy exclaimed, determined to go against the older boy once again

"Oh yeah, I'd like to see you babies try!" Timmy challenged

"We'll show you, right guys?" Tommy asked, looking to his friends

Everyone, with the exception for Chuckie who let out a groan knowing what Tommy was about to get them roped into, let out yells of agreement.

"Fine then, but since you have to have teams for the winter 'Lympics, I'm picking your guyses teams and the rest of my brothers can be the judges." Timmy said, crossing his arms.

How will the winter 'lympics go? Find out next time!
