Yes yes we're getting a lot done this weekend! Like I said, I've been looking forward to writing this one so I'm writing while I had the energy to do so! Also I forgot to mention, obviously Ms. Marjorie and Mr. Garth are the same characters from the 2021 reboot as a nod towards the reboot series without writing specifically for that timeline. Anyway here's the next chapter! Hope you all enjoy!

The next morning was here before anyone knew it as Tommy leaped out of his bed, excited for his evaluation that was happening in only a few hours from now. Of course, Tommy ended up taking his morning trip to the potty before rushing downstairs where Stu and Didi already were in the kitchen making breakfast.

"Good morning, Champ? Are you excited for today?" Stu asked, scooping up Tommy in his arms

"Uh huh! Really ascited!" Tommy exclaimed, grinning.

"Well let me grab your brother, and then we'll have a nice breakfast and then mommy will get you ready for your day." Stu chuckled, setting Tommy back down on the kitchen floor

"Tommy sweetie, would you like to help mommy get the table set while daddy goes up to get your brother?" Didi asked, offering out the plastic cups that were still needed to be set

"Yeah!" Tommy nodded, going over to grab the cups and getting them placed on the table

Meanwhile Stu, of course, went upstairs to tend to Dil. Getting him changed as he then carried him downstairs to join Tommy and Didi.

Soon they all finished their breakfast as Didi went ahead to get Tommy and Dil dressed for the day, making sure Tommy's clothes especially looked nice and neat so he'd be ready for the evaluation.

"Hmm, we might pick you up some new shoes at some point too. You're going to outgrow these before you start preschool." Didi commented as she helped Tommy get his right shoe on seeing they were almost too small on his feet.

Once both Tommy and Dil were dressed, she prepared some lunch to place in a lunchbox for Tommy per the request of the school, seeing as the evaluation was going to be treated like it was a normal school day.

"And that should be it. Alright Tommy, say bye bye to daddy and Dil we're going to leave now." Didi instructed as she picked up her keys and purse

"Bye bye daddy, bye bye Dilly." Tommy waved goodbye

With that, Didi and Tommy left to head towards the Woodbury preschool as many families were already gathered around, heading inside to check in their children. Finding a parking spot, Didi helped Tommy out of the car as they walked inside the school. Inside Tommy immediately spotted his friends all gathered together as he tugged on Didi's hand to point in their direction.

"Oh looks like the gang's all here." Didi grinned, walking over to Chas, Kira, Betty and Howard

"Heya Deed!" Betty greeted, "I'm sure you're raring to go to this evaluation too, aren't ya Tommy?"

"Yeah!" Tommy nodded excitedly in response as he went to converse with his friends

"Give me just a minute, I'm going to make sure Tommy gets checked in." Didi said, taking a moment to go over to the nearby folding table to sign Tommy in.

After a brief moment, Didi returned with a name tag to pin to Tommy's shirt much like his friends already had. As Didi got the name tag pinned on Tommy's shirt, Ms. Marjorie got the attention of the attending families.

"Alright everyone, we'll now be having the kids move into room three, on the right side of the hallway. Please say your goodbyes now. Children please make your way into room three, you're free to play." Ms. Marjorie instructed

"Welp, I take it this is our time to skedaddle." Betty said, giving Phil and Lil a hug

"Yes, good luck you two, and remember not to play in the mud." Howard said, taking his turn to hug the twins

"Okay Chuckie, Kimi, be on your best behavior." Chas instructed giving them a hug

"Yes, and do your very best with listening." Kira also added, giving the two Finster children a hug

"Okay Tommy, mommy has to go now. I want you to be good, and do your very best." Didi also instructed her child, giving him a hug and kiss on the forehead

"Me will!" Tommy assured his mother

Betty, Howard, Kira, Chas, and Didi then all left with many of the other parents as Tommy and co followed the other children into the assigned room. Upon entering the room, the gang all stared in awe at the fairly large room filled with various activity corners, desks, and toys.

"Wow, this is like I've gone to heben!" Lil gasped

"Uh huh!" Kimi nodded in agreement

Of course, many of the children that entered the room already went ahead and found various things to play with while others were saddened by the fact that they were left behind. Tommy, however, quickly noticed some very familiar looking faces on one side of the room. He first recognized Hector, who he immediately waved to. Hector waved back as he went back to playing airplanes with some of the kids around him. Tommy then noticed a few more familiar faces, some of which he hadn't seen in a very very long time. Almost not believing it, Tommy toddled over to a group of toddlers who were all sitting at, or around one of the group of desks. One toddler was messing around with Clay Doe, as he was making a replica of Reptar's head with ease, while one of the girl's on the floor nearby was building a tower with blocks at remarkable speed for a toddler. Three other boys were all tossing around a ball together, one being a more heavy set baby. That's when it finally clicked in Tommy's head where he'd seen the familiar faces from.

"Wiseguy, Crybaby, Justin!" Tommy called out, getting an immediate response as the three boys stopped playing

"Wait a minute, Pickles' is that you?" Wiseguy asked

"Yeah! I almost didn't recognize you guyses, Builder and Doughboy too. How you beens since we brokeded out of that daycare?" Tommy asked

"It's been great!" Crybaby replied

"Yeah it's been great to see you again Tommy!" Justin said, giving Tommy a big hug. "Oh yeah I guess we should tells you our real nameses since we don't haves to go by the nicknames we gots no more. Uh, obviously you know I'm Justin. Builder's name is Bao-Yu but we just calls her Bao. Doughboy's name is Dennis." Justin said, pointing to the two toddlers who were mostly still concentrated on their projects but stopped long enough to smile and wave when their names were mentioned.

"My name is Morgan, you might have heards it at least once from the old daycare growed ups." Crybaby replied, reintroducing himself as Morgan.

"And I'm Winston." Wiseguy grinned

"I gots you, so Winston, Justin, Morgan, Dennis, and Bao." Tommy repeated the names out loud making a mental note of each name. "I'll remembers that. Uh would you guys like to meets my friends?" Tommy decided to ask

"Yeah, sure, we'd love to meet em." Winston answered with a nod

Grinning, Tommy turned to flag down his friends as he waved his arms.

"Hey guys over heres! I gots some other friends of mine I wants you to meets!" Tommy yelled out to his main friend group

Noticing Tommy waving and gesturing for them to come over, Chuckie, Kimi, Phil and Lil all made their way over to where Tommy and the Golden Apple Daycare crew were standing.

How will the introductions go? Find out next time!
