Heyo everyone! First off I'd like to welcome you all to the 150th chapter of Terrible Twos! Again I wouldn't have thought this silly little story series would continue on this long but I've very happy it has. Second, I'd like to mention that due to being busy this past weekend (actual little rugrats to visit for a birthday) I didn't get a chance to write all that much hence why you're seeing this chapter late on a Tuesday. Hopefully, if all goes well, I'll at least be back to posting normally on the weekends again until something comes up again. Anyway I'll let you all read now. Hope you enjoy this chapter!

A few days had passed as the snow for the most part had melted in the neighborhood. However, it, of course, was still fairly cold outside due to it still being late into February leaving the kids playing inside for most of the days seeing as their parents didn't want to chance them getting sick again. The day started out like any other normal morning as the Green family in particular were going though their usual morning routine of getting up, getting the kids dressed, and going down to get breakfast ready. Alan had taken Samayah downstairs with him as he was off to go and make breakfast. Meanwhile, Ebony had finished getting Savannah changed and dressed as she placed the toddler on the floor of her room.

"And there we go, now you're all ready to start your day." Ebony cooed, before cleaning up the changing table, grabbing the full trash bag of diapers that needed to be thrown out, and leaving the room.

Realizing her mom forgot to put the baby gate up, Savannah curiously decided to crawl her way out of her room. Peeking out in the hallway, she looked for any sign of where her mom had gone off to so quickly. Figuring she wouldn't find out just sitting there, Savannah made her way down the hallway and scooted her way down the stairs seeing as she was aware that her dad had gone down there with her sister. Getting up on her feet, Savannah began toddling her way in the direction of the kitchen when she came across the light shining from the slightly ajar door that led to the downstairs bathroom.

(Savannah's POV)

Wanting to find where everybody had gones, I went down the stairs and was going to makes my way to the kitchen. I knowed that's where Mayah and daddy probably were on account of that's where they usually goes when everyone firstest wakes up for the day. This time thoughs, I was stoppeded noticing that whoever wents into the bathyroom didn't close the door all the way like it usually is. That's when I asided I wanted to go in there as I pushed the door open enoughs to go inside. The firstest thing I saw was my mommy flushing the big potty as she went over to the sink to wash her hands. Going overs by the big potty I tried my bestest to look inside but I was still too little to dos it without having something to climbs on. Listening to the sounds of the big potty gots me thinking about some stuffs. Like that maybe it was cause I was still wasn't as old as Tommy or the others, but I still didn't really understands the whole thing of knowing when you hads to go potty.

I can understands when like Chuckie says he's always wanting priacy to go, even as a baby still in diapies. I always finds it a lot easier to gos when I know a grown up isn't watching mes. But the idea of sitting on the potty for what seemed like forever? That didn't sounds really funs at all. Even if it didn't sounds all that fun, I was still curlious to find out what it was like to sits on the potty like a big kid. Luckeyly for mes, there was a potty right heres in the bathyroom for whenever Dil and his brother and friends comeded over even though I thinks now that only Tommy really still useded the littler baby potty. Going over to the potty I pusheded it from the spot nextest to the grownup potty out to the middle of the floor where I could at least sits on it. Once I gotted the potty to the spot I wanted it to bes, that's when, for the firstest time ever, I sat on a potty. What I didn't knows however, was that just by sitting on the potty like I was a big kid opened a whole big can of wormies.

(Normal POV)

Just as Savannah sat down on the little potty out of curiosity, Ebony finished washing her hands and fixing her hair when she noticed that not only was her oldest child suddenly downstairs but was seeming to be mimicking going to the bathroom out of nowhere.

"Now how did you get down here?" Ebony chuckled, turning towards her oldest as she picked her up from the training potty. "Are you trying to be like the big kids?"

Ebony, now with Savannah in her arms, then carried Savannah out of the bathroom as she went into the kitchen. Placing Savannah in her high chair, Ebony spoke up to her husband about what she just witnessed.

"Al, you're not going to believe this, but I just found Savannah sitting on the little training potty in the bathroom." Ebony proclaimed

"What, seriously? Are you sure you don't need a couple more hours of sleep?" Alan chuckled jokingly, not entirely believing the idea, as he sat at the table with a small plate with some pear flavored purée baby food for Samayah.

"I'm serious, she pushed that little potty right to the middle of the floor and sat on it like she was trying to use it." Ebony insisted, getting a bowl of Dora themed cereal for Savannah to eat

"Sounds like she was just trying to mimic the older kids." Alan replied, scooping up some of the baby food with a baby spoon as he began feeding Samayah.

"Well if that's the case, maybe she's interested in potty training. It's not completely unheard of at her age." Ebony pondered, placing the bowl in front of Savannah, who happily began eating her breakfast

"Now, come on Ebb, she's only 18 months. I'm not sure she's ready for that big of a milestone." Alan said, looking over at his oldest as she munched on her cereal.

"Well, I can always look into it, I know Didi has books on it. I can also ask around with the other parents too, see if she's really showing signs that she's ready you know?" Ebony replied

"I guess there's no harm in trying. Worst case we'll try again when she's a bit older." Alan responded, wanting to support his wife's decision even if he didn't feel it was quite a necessary step for their oldest just yet.

"Well then I'll start looking into it. After breakfast, of course." Ebony chuckled, pulling up one of the table chairs to sit next to her husband.

Is Savannah truly ready to start potty training? Find out next time!
