After having that conversation with Riley it really opened my eyes, I was clearly wrong about her not caring at all. I now just have to fix everything that I've done in the hopes of getting Riley back

I called things off with that girl and I reached out to Shelby to apologise, I start getting back into contact with my friends as well as letting my family back in. I've been playing an act for a while now and a change won't happen overnight but doing that's a good start

I also remove the accounts in my social media that was used to fake my life, that was the hardest part to do

I know it's stupid having two accounts of everything but when I did it I was in a really bad place and I never got rid of them

I even message Riley to let her know about the changes I've made in hope that she would reply but that didn't happen

Heading into school this morning I felt different.. I didn't have to pretend anymore and to be honest it felt great. I met the gaze of Riley and her friends and give them all a smile which Riley returned, I'm guessing she hasn't yet told them of our conversation yesterday

I try my best to stay focused in all my lessons in order to catch up with everything that I've missed which is extremely difficult but I could use this excuse to get some time with Riley

After school ended I head to Parkour Alley I still came here every day to the same spot that was mine and Riley's'. I only ever came here alone I know I was acting like an asshole but not that much of one

"Fancy seeing you here" a soft voice says breaking the silence, I look up and meet the gaze of Riley "Hey, how're you?" I ask her "Can I sit with you?" Riley asks making me nod my head "I got your message" Riley says "Thank you for doing that" Riley continues

"To be honest I would do anything if it meant getting back with you Ri" I confess "I know I've done some unthinkable things but I truly hope that with my actions and how I'm going to be from now on, you can look past those things and we can be together again" I continue making her features soften

"You just need to prove to me that you're back to your normal self James, then we can possibly try getting back together again, I still love and care for you but the James I've seen over the last few months isn't the James I feel in love with" Riley explains "No I completely agree, what I did was completely out of order and I'm truly sorry for doing what I did" I softly spoke

For the first time in a while I was able to let all my walls back down, Riley and I watching the sunset like we used to do and it was incredible. We both sat in silence and enjoyed the peace

It felt right being next to Riley

I just hope that from now on my actions match my words and we can get back in track, there's nothing I wanted more then that
