Last part, Seric and Karia learnt a bit more about Elio- including that he was starting to go through withdrawal symptoms after going off of the drugs Restroid always gave him.
Afterwards, Amandeath made a deal with Elio- in that she'd get him pills to help with his symptoms, in return for him fixing Metallic. Now, the trio are walking back to Marlox's house...
Meanwhile, somewhere close by, near the outskirts of the Hopian Continent...
Quilline's P.O.V.
"Isn't your life boring since you're so perfect?! Hm?!" I shout with a frustrated laugh over the sound of my beautiful, big, red motorcycle's roaring engine, as bullets rain down all around me- and into my invincible body- from above like hellfire.
Clearly I'm not riding my bike for fun this time though, not at all. My rival "mrS. mAGiC", the one bitch in this world who's immune to my first Blessing, is hunting ME down. The audacity. Regardless, past me was right- keeping my bike around at all times was a good idea, due to this girl being a thing now.
"This is pointless. Give up." I hear her voice echo from above as I take a tight turn on a intersection, wow- she really is like a superhero. Cute- not really.
"Come on, she has to be somewhere on the rooftops..." I think to myself as I keep my eye on the tracking device I have attached to the right handle of my bike. I'm close. Meanwhile at the same time, my second Blessing is letting me look behind and above me for my pursuer. 360 degree vision- very nice for hunting, and escaping too. But I rarely do that, even if it is fun to jump around with the gravity manipulators on my boots.
"Ah~" I smile as I spot the girl running across a building behind me, oh wow- she just did some parkour and hopped on top of a building next to her.
"Hey, this thing is expensive you cunt!" I complain as a giant bullet pierces through the poor shiny metal of my bike, and through the front tire as well. I'm losing a bit of control here, I'll get it back ASAP though.
"Her movements are way too smooth... maybe I'm missing something. Well- either way she won't be moving so nicely on my watch." I think to myself as I reach my hand into one of the big pouches attached to the side of my hoodie-d up waist. That sounds unimpressive but, the bottom of the pouch actually has a teleporter in it- which leads to my neat little weapons shack miles away from here.
"I know you're in theeeere..." I think to myself, feeling around the shack for my grenade launcher, as I slow down a lot so that I don't spin out on the next turn ahead.
"Got you." I think to myself after I find what I was looking for, as I lean forward and gently make the turn ahead, which makes my long green hair stop blowing in the win-
*BANG!*
My eyes open wide as something pierces through the back of my head- the force of the shot just... hit my face right into the handlebars...
"Auuuugh..." I groan as my head spins, I can't see... owwww...
...
"Ah!" I come back to my senses after that pathetic shot, right- no way was a puny bullet going to get through the billions of solid steel plates inside of my skull.
And so I raise my head up to see where I'm at on the road now-
"AHH!"
My bike slams right into a brick wall, with the force sending me flying through the window right above said bricks-
"Augh!" I gasp as I slam back-first into a wall inside of the building- no bricks that time at least.
I catch my breath pretty quick due to my cybernetics forcibly making my body take in air. And obviously there'll be no permanent damage from a slam like that, since I'm basically a big mean cyborg at this point. But jeez this pain sucks with all of these cuts... I suppose it's tolerable though.
