Last chapter after managing to paralyze Aeko's arms and stab his back, Dahai seems to have cornered him against the wall. However, Aeko manages to turn the tables on him using his blessing and beats him unconscious. Luckily with the help of Dahai's blessing, Karia is able to stand once more, which allows her to pummel Aeko into the wall.
Seric's P.O.V.
"Nope! You guys... you guys are staying right here!" Aeko says sniffling.
"Alright then, come out and get us." Karia grins as she looks at Aeko. This is a side of Karia haven't seen much of before, it's almost... evil.
Aeko tries to move, but the metal surrounding him in the wall makes it a difficult task.
After a bit of grunting and struggling later, Aeko frees one of his arms. Reaching into his pocket he pulls out a remote control, in which he presses a button on.
A moment later I hear synchronized marching from beside me, but there's no soldiers to be seen. The sound continues to march away from me, and it seems to be going in the direction of Aeko and Karia.
I'm about to warn her until the robots become visible out of thin air next to her. This time though they walk past her and head towards the wall to Aeko.
This time their eye lights are blue instead of the previous orange/yellow, which I assume means that they're on a different setting.
"Get me out of here now!" Aeko yells as the robots crawl inside of the hole and towards Aeko.
To my suprise Karia is standing still with her arms crossed, watching him be freed.
"Hey, Karia! You're going to stop them right?!" I yell in a worried tone.
"Why would I? I wanna kick his ass some more." Karia says.
"Karia you experienced what he did to you, and you can see what he did to Dahai! We came here to rescue not to fight! And- and there's a little girl worried sick about Dahai, we can't afford to fight for nothing!" I yell out at Karia's cockiness.
"You're just scared for your own sake, not hers. If you wanna stop them then go ahead, there's no one stopping you." This makes me cringe and look to the side, since it's the truth.
"No... you're wrong! Just come on, please!" I lie.
"..." She doesn't respond to me.
The robots continue to work on getting Aeko out, using lasers to cut off the metal surrounding him in the wall.
"WHEN I GET OUT OF HERE, ALL OF YOU ARE- ARE DEAD!" Aeko says with one last tear.
This makes me start shaking.
"FU-FUWARU! FUWARU!" Aeko laughs out as he begins to start slowly crawling out of the hole with the assistance of his robots.
"NOW GET ME ON MY FEET!" He roars as he flops to the floor with a bounce, and begins to be lifted up to his feet by 5 of his robots.
I start to feel pity as I see the bloody mess that is Aeko, with his black leather jacket and black jeans stained red. Suprisingly his bones definitely seem to be heavily damaged, but he can still stand with the help of his robots and move his arms a bit.
"Spirit of Kodan: Compress." Karia says with a grin as two giant ghost hands appear on Aeko's left and right side.
"Heh!" Aeko smiles as he puts his right hand in the pocket of his leather jacket. He takes it out a moment later, and clumsily swings his arm like he's throwing an imaginary object.
The hands are about to compress Aeko until suddenly out of thin air a knife pierce's Karia's shoulder.
"Agh!" Karia yells in pain as she lowers her arms, the fists surrounding Aeko disappearing.
