This isn't a chapter or anything, but I just wanted to say thank you all so much for supporting both me and The Five Kings for one year! This was my first ever time writing a story, and I'm glad I did, I've gotten to meet a lot of new people on wattpad and read cool stories as well.
Whether the wattpad books be about three girls with DRASTICALLY different ages fighting evil angels, a group of kids from different species (and some from a different planet) fighting for justice and to defeat prejudice, or about a teenage boy discovering that he has powers and being forced to leave his home causing him to go on a journey with his robot alchemist, they're all great in their own rights. (Did I just make three wattpad references in one list? Yes.)
Anywho, I suppose I should give you guys something in return for your support, though there's not really much I can lol- other than a spoiler of course. The next character to join the crew (in the next arc) will be an attractive but also a strange and deadly girl.
I guess I'll end this off with a few fun facts about the series lol-
- The day I came up with Karia's character, my first idea for her Blessing was going to be the power of corrosion. But, that would have been pretty boring for her fights, so I decided to change it to her more flexible "Carry Me On".
- Virile Noble's character design was mainly inspired by Brynndi World from the One Piece movie 3D2Y. Obviously they don't look exactly the same and have some key differences though.
- The idea of Seric using his Blessing as a knife came to me far before the idea of him using it as a boat to attack others, the boat attack kind of just came to me lol.
- I was originally going to have Seric and Karia have to complete all six of the trials in the Hopian Territory, but to allow the story to be more flexible I changed it to them having to go to Dalkan to complete the next one. Seric would have uncovered his past much quicker if I went through with my previous plan.
- Adesia's character was completely inspired By Cinder Fall from RWBY (her old appearance at least), unlike Virile these two do look quite similar other than the hair.
Well, I guess that's all haha. I'm definitely glad that the anniversary is happening right now, as the next few chapters of the series are all going to be insane in their own rights. I hope you guys continue to read my story, and see you this Friday!
