Hopian 26 - I'm Not Ready

Last chapter, after the fight with Seric and Popshot, both of the fighters share a drink, forgetting about the beat down that just occurred. Now, Karia is fighting her own opponent, Suzinex who's Blessing "Stick Me On" allows him to stick things together, like Karia's own hand to her shirt. Luckily, with Seric's help Karia manages to break free from it.

Seric's P.O.V

"I'm not messing around anymore!" Karia says with enthusiasm as the entire crowd is staring at her with gaping jaws.

"Hmph, if you thought you would seduce me nice try. I'm not into-"

"Spirit of Kodan: K.O!" Karia yells out, causing another giant red fist to phase through the ground.

"...Aha.. Aha!" Suzinex cheers as the fist flies right by his face instead of hitting him.

To catch him off guard, Karia grits her teeth and jumps at Suzinex who gets ready to use his blessing again.

Before he can grab her, Karia dodges his hand, putting her own on his chest instead.

"Spirit of Bersia: Electron Passover." Karia says more calmly, as Suzinex starts shaking, causing Karia to quickly pull her hand back.

Karia then jumps backwards from her stunned opponent, "Spirit of Kodan: Strike!" She yells out, throwing a giant red fist at Suzinex midair.

But, before it hits him he's able to recover, dodging the poorly coordinated attack.

"Shit, I shouldn't have held back!" Karia curses to herself.

Without a word, the man's instincts cause him to run at Karia, and just as she's landing Suzinex gets the chance to stick Karia's arm to her bare chest.

Then suprisingly, with her unstuck fist Karia punches Suzinex in the face with her bare hand, "Argh what?!" The man says in annoyance, as he takes a few steps back which allows Karia to as well.

"Spirit of Kodan: Compress!" Karia says as two ghost hands appear from thin air, and by slamming her one moveable hand into the hand stuck on her chest she's able to clap him.

"Spirit of Kodan: Strike!" She says as she launches a giant fist at her enemy, and before he has a chance to stick to the ground he's already off the stage.

"Alright!~ Even one of our strongest crew members was taken down by the one of the new fan favorites, Karia!" The crowd starts roaring even louder than before,

"Hmph, I bet they're just yelling now cause they're drunk." I think to myself in annoyance.

"Ow... My everything hurts..." Karia says as she flops onto her chair next to Adesia.

"Good job though, doing that even after you drank a few hundred mugs and crushed yourself is impressive." I say jokingly since I'm feeling a bit bad for Karia. She looks at me and then lays her head back on the table.

"Well, well, well, well, well, well, well, well, well. The final, most intense match of them all is approaching! The undefeated Adesia, versus the less cool undefeated challengers!" King Metallica says enthusiastically as he stands up waiting for a reaction,

"..."

This time, no one responds.

*CLAP* *CLAP* *CLAP*... *CLAP*...

I start to clap since I feel bad for him, but stop soon after I start to get weird looks.

Welp.

"...In any case, yes, the fight will soon begin with me versus Karia and Seric! But, since they've been fighting nonstop this whole time, why don't we let them rest for a while first?!" Adesia asks with enthusiasm.
