Prósopsi's P.O.V.

"Alright, steady... steady... that should do it." I command to the two soldiers who're planting the glow up golden crown on the tip of the giant green pined decorated Kingmas tree that reaches the just as high ceiling in the middle of our now completely carpeted and dimmed down lobby of Vegastrat.

"Considering you know the truth- why the hell are you celebrating this garbage? I'm actually kinda offended you know..." Aphrodite has the nerve to say to me as I stand tall and take a sip out of my warm mug of hot chocolate (which I would've filled with marshmallows if I was alone...) and of course wearing my white robe and sandals to maintain my powers and confidence. Under my thick gold and white yarn sweater of course.

After all once a year to commemorate the holiday the Hopian Government drops the temperature of the entire Continent like crazy to simulate winter which we can't normally have anymore to due what we've done to the environment. They do it by using the tech of the ginormous walls surrounding all of Hopian as coolers to basically put all of us into a giant fridge. Then- they just do some cloud seeding and just like that, snow falls too. Though- it does cost a ton of money to do even for a day, which definitely doesn't help our military situation... but it is nice regardless.

"Correction- I only know some of it thanks to you. And hey the theme of it brings up the peoples spirits- including mine, so shut it." I look down, raise my free hand to my mouth and mumble back to my nude companion inconspicuously.

The brown haired Goddess herself is grumpily sitting and impatiently resting her face in her hands at one of the many wooden multi colored cloth covered tables that are now set up in the priorly boring blue official lobby. They're mainly being occupied by all the soldiers who unfortunately had to come into work today. But hey- at least I allowed the day to be pretty fun, they seem happy talking with each other and being able to talk to me in person of course.

"You shut it shut in! You're lucky I'm even coming out to this blasphemy again considering who I AM, you're extra special massage had better be worth it after this idiot!" Aphrodite squeals with a blush on her face as she looks away.

Meanwhile I'm squinting my face in disgust and looking away as well now as I take a slowly sip of my hot chocolate... I am certainly not looking forward to tonight with this pervert.

"HOOOOOE HOE HO- *COUGH! COUGH!* HOE!!" My face lights up a bit but I have to groan a little when I hear the sound of the inner lobby doors slamming open, and of course the sound of Ontarus cursing happily.

"Language- and there you are! What d'you got for us this year?!" I say with a smile on my face as I look up towards the door, seeing Ontarus walking towards me in yet again another crazy Kingmas costume being a thick red and white fur jacket with a black belt being wrapped around his waist which his famous blue steel sword Bahari is holstered in. He's also wearing a pair of red pants and black white rimmed boots, and on his head a red velvet rainbow neon rimmed cone shaped fur hat.

Obviously he's dressing up as the jolly old man himself who "gives gifts to all the good kids" on Kingmas and who represents the holiday. Or did at least. I still can't believe the Hopian government is trying to disregard the tale because it "falsely raises hopes", what are they trying to do turn kids into adults at age five?

"Ohoho I do love Kingmas, it's why I'm named after the whole damn thing after all! And not just the gifts, I mean celebrating the birth of the Five Kings and all that too! Right, Prósopsi?" Ontarus asks me with a cocky grin on his face which I immediately respond back to with a quick glare using my powers which catches him off guard and makes his whole body jolt until he looks away.
