Last chapter, the dinner meeting between Prósopsi, Taylis (A.K.A. Mrs. Magic), and a disguised Hopian began.

Greetings were had, and most importantly Hopian revealed that his wife is actually a robot.

Hopian's P.O.V.

"What the... she's... she looks and acts so human, though... wow. That explains why you're her tactician though, and how you treat her too. Wow- ok. So I'm assuming the NDA form you gave me was to make sure the public thinks she's human? That may be smart, people will feel more comfortable with her that way." Prósopsi takes the news fairly well.

"Partially yes. But the form was mainly given so that you will never, in your lifetime- tell what I just told you to Taylis." I explain, which seems to confuse Prósopsi as he takes a sip of his water.

"Huh? Wait... oh no. She doesn't even know that she's a robot?" Prósopsi asks me as he leans forward a bit,

"Indeed. And I'm going to keep it that way. I programmed Taylis in a way that would keep her from ever discovering her true identity, no matter how obvious the clues may be. I've given her false memories, and everything else that is needed to keep this secret intact." I explain, then continue,

"For example- I've given her processor access to control some of the micro-drones I've created, and some of my other weapons as well. But as for her memories? She believes that I took her to the pillar Vega three years ago, and that she received a technology-controlling Blessing." I explain, which makes Prósopsi look a bit horrified. Hmm... I'll have to change his perspective.

"Um- forgive me for saying this but, is that not a bit unethical? Doesn't she deserve to know the truth?" Prósopsi asks...

"Well, perhaps but- aren't you the same one who's allowed the public to praise Habram, who in reality you know is just going to send them and all of their loved ones to hell?" I think to myself with a sigh, and actually respond,

"I don't believe so, no. If I told Taylis what she actually was- she'd potentially grow colder, and try to become more efficient and less kind. I believe she's much happier believing she's a human, and I'd argue that her... processor is so advanced, that she may as well be called one mentally." I explain, which makes Prósopsi stop to think for a bit...

"Well... I guess I can kind of see your point. I've felt that Commander Ufisator acts really human-like at some points too. Like he even has some hobbies now, like solving math and physics problems." Prósopsi explains, the comparison of my wife to the simplistic killing machine Ufisator is quite offensive. But I force myself ignore it as I clench my fists once more.

"Debatable- but that's besides the point. The reason why I'm telling you this information, is because I wish for my wife to skip the normal training new recruits go through. More specifically, I want her to become a Commander immediately after she's enlisted into the Hopian Army. Ufisator did the same, so I'm assuming my wife can as well considering she is also a man-made machine." I ask, then raise a hand to stop Prósopsi from talking once I press the glowing buzzer on our table.

An instant later our waiter quickly walks in with our drinks on a tray- but she somehow trips and ends up spilling part of Prósopsi's drink onto him- that is before he uses his superhuman reflexes to catch the glass midair.

"Impressive." I think to myself, he must've used the powers of Hermes there no doubt.

The clutz squeaks, "Ah- I'm so sorry Head Commander! Here, let me get you a towel-"

"No no, it's fine- I've had way worse stains than this before. Ha- one time a baby I tried carrying vomited all over me years back. I'll deal with this later. Thanks for the drinks, just give us some time to order our food please- haven't had the time to decide on what I want yet." Prósopsi says as he takes a sip of his sparkling orange drink, the expected but sad response which seems to relieve the woman.
