WEEK 64

Prompt:

"If a dragon says that he's going to eat you, what do you do?"

"Offer him a banana instead?"

"Dragons don't eat bananas though."

"Then I would offer you as a meal."

"On second thought, let's try the banana."

Once they had decided, they faced the dragon. Kayden whipped out a batch of bananas from her bag.

The dragon ate the bag instead, but the bag was poisonous.

"Dang it, Jerry, I thought you took the poison out before we left!" Kayden exclaimed.

"Probably," Jerry answered.

Jerry suddenly ate the banana out of her hand and the air around her started to feel heated. He died as the banana was also poisonous.

"NOOOOOO!!" Kayden shouted in despair

She quickly make up a story to cover for his death, and claimed that Jerry died heroically while slaying the dragon.

The towns people doubted Kayden greatly. They declared that she had made a deal with the dragon, and discussed burning her.

To make matters worse, the sister of the dragon came to town and asked for the one who poisoned her brother.

The villagers sided with the dragon's sister who revealed her name was Ophia. Ophia challenged Kayden to a duel in Jerry's stead.

"The duel shall commence in the volcano where you poisoned my brother!" Ophia declared.

Suddenly, Sarah started shouting at the dragon from the middle of the crowd.

The dragon did not appreciate the shouting and shot fire at her.

Sarah nimbly and easily dodged the fire with an athlete's grace.

Sadly, Sarah fell into a river, where she was swiftly carried off to a distant land, never to be heard from again.

"Now, can we start the duel?" The dragon huffed, smoke curling from her cavernous nostrils.

Kayden had hoped that Sarah would reappear so she wouldn't have to fight the dragon.

Sarah stepped out of a burning portal, snapped her fingers, and destroyed the whole world in a millisecond.

"Well that didn't go well. I need to speak to the script writer."

Jeff stepped out of the dark abyss, "I am the script writer, is that a complaint I sense?"

Kayden scratched her head, "Sarah keeps changing everything."

Jeff wrinkled his brow. "Are you sure? This isn't the type of script which writes itself unless..."

Out from the burning abyss of nothingness, a figure emerged.

The figure held a bucket.

The bucket was filled with worms.

The worms all held tiny buckets as well, just like their creator.

Inside those buckets were glowing amulets which were cradled beneath pink butterfly wings.

Kayden backed away, "Um, sir?"

The figure disintegrated as the various scripts around the room began bursting into flames.

But the firefighters came and immediately extinguished the fire.

The bucket of worms suddenly exploded.

No one knew what was happening anymore, not even the god of scripts.

Sarah sighed, and brought Elmo from several stories ago, back to life.

"Let's go fix this, Elmo!"

Elmo refused to fix things and instead created chaos, dooming everyone.

So, Sarah decided to fix it herself.

And blew up the world again.
