Y/N's POV:

"Hey love," Ana smiles brightly as you hop into her passenger seat. "How was it?"

"It was okay," you smile weakly. "The first few appointments will mostly be the two of us getting to know each other."

You just got out of your first therapy session and you still feel about the same. But you knew a short one hour conversation with a stranger wouldn't fix you. For now you're scheduled to see her twice a week.

"I'm glad it went okay," she grins, putting the car in drive.

"How was work?" you ask, looking out the window at all the busy people walking around Seoul.

"It was alright," she says calmly, but you can hear a discomfort in her voice.

"Did something happen?"

She glances over at you and her jaw slacks but after a few seconds she just starts to giggle. "Sometimes it's annoying how well you can read me."

"I know," you smile. "So what happened?"

You watch as she bites into her lip and stares back at the road. You decide to patiently wait for her to speak, because clearly whatever it is isn't good.

She finally takes a big deep breath, slowly exhaling before saying, "Ji-Ho came to my work."

You blink at her for a few seconds before your brows furrow in confusion. "Why?"

"To ask about you of course," she sighs, running her perfectly manicured hands through her silky red hair. "He tried calling and texting you as soon as he saw the news."

"Ah," you say, leaning back to look at the road ahead as well. "Did you tell him my number changed?"

"I did, and when he asked for it I told him to go fuck himself," Ana grimaces. "I told him he can go sit his happy ass at home and just pray that one day you'll grace him with your presence."

"Wow," you chuckle flatly. "He really does have some balls."

"Girl, the man was sobbing," she groans. "It's clear as day he genuinely hates himself and is filled with regret. But it doesn't matter. It's too late."

"Yeah," you frown and look down at your lap. It's hard to describe what you're feeling towards Ji-Ho. During the first two weeks of being locked up you were just sad, and a little hopeful he might show up to save you. But as time went on that sadness turned into hurt and rage. And then it eventually became nothingness once you went numb.

"Just don't think about that rat bastard for now," Ana says, placing her hand on your thigh to give it a squeeze. "I only told you because I didn't want to hide it. Just focus on you. If one day you're healed enough to talk to him, then do it if that's what's best for you. Otherwise, the little bitch can fuck off."

Somehow Ana gets a chuckle out of you and you stare back out the window.

Mr. Song had you close your restaurant down for the time being while you focus on your recovery. Jin is covering your rent on the building so you can open the doors again when you're ready. He's also compensating the few employees that stayed loyal to you by paying them their full salary while they have a couple weeks off work.

As for your social media, Ana had deleted all your accounts since your comment sections were flooded with death threats and hateful words. Once Jin woke up, he made sure any and all personal information about you was locked airtight, even though almost everything about you had already been leaked to the public. Ana made you a small Inst*gram account just so you could follow her and a few others but you haven't opened it yet. You've been staying off the internet entirely because you know that even though you're regarded as a hero now, the ugly and mean comments from those two months are still out there.
