Observing♡

Sorry I haven't posted a lot- I have been just emotionally fucked. A lot of stuff has happened the past few weeks and I am just not ok- but maybe this could make me feel better.. <3// 

"Idiotic.." Xiao murmurs as Aether pulls him down onto the soft sheets of the bed. He huffed, letting himself fall onto the pile of blankets with a soft puff of pillows. Aether had called the yakasha's name moment before- thinking it was serious, Xiao responded. It was not serious in the slightest. The traveler was tired and just wanted to cuddle Xiao.

Xiao kicked off his boots, allowing Aether to set aside some of his sharper decorative jewelries. Aether then pulled the adeptus down, wrapping himself around the man. Xiao sighs quietly, wrapping his arms around Aether's waist.

"Why must you be like this" Xiao sighs glancing at the blond who held him close. He looked so pretty in the morning light, which flooded through a small crack in the curtains, illuminating his face.

"Because I missed you" Aether hummed with a smile.

"You saw me last night.." Xiao huffed, his brows furrowed with confusion. He wished he could understand Aether's strange antics.. He let out a small sigh reaching out to cup the blond's cheek in his palm. He tilted his head, quietly observing the man's face.

"Well yeah but-" The blond was soon interrupted by his lover's soft voice.

"You have light freckles.." Xiao noted out of the blue, his thumb running a soft line against aether's freckled cheek. The traveler nodded, his face reddening slightly from the sudden attention. 

"I've never noticed that.." Xiao says, letting a rare smile pull at his lips. "They are quite gorgeous." 

"Oh hush.." Aether mutters, wrapping his arms around Xiao's waist to pull him closer to his body. Xiao let out a small hum, allowing himself to be pulled into the blond's chest. The traveler kissed his lover's forehead, letting out a small huff of embarrassment- Xiao was never one to flirt so when he did it really hit Aether. His compliments where always so heart-felt, it made the blond's heart absolutely melt, reducing him to a flustered puddle..

"I love you, Xiao"

"mm..Love you too, Aether"
