Feelings revealed, revealed feelings

Narrator- Chelsea comes home at almost ten o'clock at night. Ada is in the living room waiting on her. Chelsea walks in looking startled that Ada is waiting on her.
Chelsea- "Hey."
Ada- "I need to talk to you."
Chelsea- "I know I came home late. I won't do that again I just lost track of time."
Ada- "Yeah whatever don't let that happened again. But ugh what I really want to talk about is Jaden."
Chelsea- "I don't want to talk about him. I'm going to bed."
Ada- "Come here now. You need to listen to me because I'm going to be honest with you."
Narrator- Ada starts to aggravate Chelsea by making her sit down in the living room. Chelsea folds her arms while Ada begins to preach.
Ada- "You got a boyfriend and changed the way you act. I know what it is like I've been there. Life ain't a fairytale you need to be real with yourself. Caleb is a senior so what happens when he graduates?
Chelsea- "We're going to still be together.
Ada- "What If he gets a baseball scholarship out of state?
Chelsea- "When I graduate I'm going to move out of state with him."
Ada- "You're going by your self?"
Chelsea- "No Im going to bring Janiya as well."
Ada- "And who's going to help you with Janiya? How are you going to work? Are you going to set your  career aside for him?"
Chelsea- "Why are you asking me all of these questions? I don't have to have it all figured out right now."
Ada- "I'm trying to give you the real. You putting your all in a relationship that may not be all of what you think it is."
Chelsea- "You just want me to be with Jaden. I don't want to be with Jaden. He's not what you think he is and that's all I'm going to say."
Narrator- Chelsea and Ada both go to their room.
*Chelsea's thoughts*- I haven't changed I'm still the same person. I'm tired of everybody saying I've changed. I'm tired of falling out with people because I'm dating Caleb. If only people knew how evil Jaden could get. They don't know that Jaden put his hands on me. I wonder if they knew would they still like Jaden. Even though I don't like Jaden I'm still going to protect his image.

The next day arrives and Brandon, Princess, Jaden, Jada, and Allie all are meeting at the bowling alley. Princess is already upset with Brandon because of how distant he is being with her. Jaden is being really quiet almost as if he isn't living in the present moment. Jada is excited to be spending time with her brother again. They get to their bowling session and Allie putting in everyone's name so they can start bowling. "I already know I'm beating everybody who wants to put money?" Jada rolls her eyes "I got 10 dollars I'm beating you." "Twenty dollars I'll beat the both of you", Brandon says as he's looking for a bowling ball that can fit his fingers. "I'm not betting money because It's been a minute since I've been here", says princess nervously.

Jaden just sits there while everyone is conversing. He's looking at Jada and notices how much she looks like their dad. They all start bowling and Brandon takes the lead. Jaden is not even trying to bowl. Brandon pulls Jaden to the side and asks him "You good bro?" Jaden eyes are red and he nods his head "I'm straight bro". Brandon turns his face up and says "you're not fooling me." Jaden hesitates and changes his mind on opening up "I'm just happy to be here with yall." Brandon daps him up "I just thought maybe you'll be more excited to link up with your sister". Jaden shrugs "blood don't really mean anything if you didn't grow up together."

Brandon looks at Jaden and is shocked by his approach of the situation. "My bad just thought this would make you feel better." Jaden looks at Brandon and feels regret by what he just said "My bad bro... I didnt mean it like that. It's just tough times for me right now. I really want to go home and K.O." Brandon hugs Jaden and Jaden says goodbye to everybody. He gets into his car and opens up a pill box and throws it into his mouth and downs it with a lukewarm bottle of water. To help him cope with everything he has been popping pills again.

"Is it something I did," asks Jada" Princess Shakes her had quickly, "No his baby mother is cheating on him and he's taking it hard." Allie and Jada looks worrisome. Brandon intervenes, "he's going to be alright. He wants to spend time with you he's just going through his first heartbreak with his first love you know how that is right?." Jada looks at Brandon as if he's being shady, "what you mean by that?" "I'm saying I'm sure you've had your heart broken before and maybe your first love cheated on you." Princess gives Brandon a dirty look and Jada start stuttering. "Uh oh yeah my ex did and it was tough but uh yeah life goes on it's just one of those things." "Yeah I understand that too and If I happened to get cheated on I'm leaving says Princess as she rolls her eyes." Brandon ignores Princess and starts talking to Jada again, "I'm so sorry that happened to you and I hope you never experience that again. The right guy would treat you right." Princess looks at Jaden as if she wants to slap him. Allie interrupts them and tell them it's Princess time to bowl again. A worker comes up and it's male who is staring down Jada. He taps on Brandon's shoulder and asks if he had time to talk to him. "Aye bro that girl right there with the Jean shorts on and pink crop top is she single? Cause man I been checking her ass and I want to
hop down. How you know shawty?" Brandon thinks quickly on what to say. He didn't want to tell the guy she was single. "Yeah bro that's my girl we been talking for about a year now", says Brandon as he's looking at Jada bowl from a distance. "My bad bro didn't mean to do that. I thought maybe you were with the other girl that was sitting next to you earlier." The worker looks at him confused. "Nah that's my friend and we're really close but my girlfriend is the one you're talking about. Don't feel bad about looking at her because you're right she is breathtaking" Brandon is looking at Jada and is mesmerized. The worker looks at Brandon again "the other one is single?" Brandon responds nervously "uh yeah I think so not sure though." Brandon goes back to bowl and the worker walks away. After they finish bowling they are headed out the door. The worker stops Princess and asks for her number. Brandon walks away shameful knowing that he told the guy that she was single. He continues to walk out the door with Allie and Jada. Allie and Jada look at each other in confusion. "Brandon you want us to wait up until she comes out after talking to the guy?", Jada asks curiously. "Yeah we can wait up because I'm not sure what he wants", Brandon tries to convince them he don't know. Allie is looking at Brandon crazy, "It's obvious he's trying to steal your girl." Brandon laughs, "Nah, I thought maybe he might know her she had a lot of family down here." Princess comes out the door with an attitude. Everyone keeps walking slowly to see if she's going to tell them what happened. She gets in her car and slams the car door. Brandon attempts to walk over to her car to ask her what had just happened with the worker. She pulls off before he could get close enough. Allie and Jada are just watching to see what happens next. Brandon tries to call her over the phone but it goes straight to voicemail. "Here goes the silent treatment again." Jada takes Brandon phone and calls Princess off of her phone and it rings. She answers and Jada sounds worried and asks Princess if she's okay. They are talking on the phone and Jada paces around the parking lot while she's talking to Princess. Brandon tries to listen in but he can't keep up with what they are saying. Allie starts shaking her head at Brandon. "What", says Brandon while he's trying to act oblivious. "Nothing, you know you're not a good liar", says Allie as she continues to shake her head at Brandon. "I wasn't trying too...." replies Brandon. "You should just stop lying to yourself about how you really feel. Don't keep playing with Princess feelings. You don't really want to be with her and that's ok. You both are so different. Be honest with her so you don't end up hurting her even more." Brandon tries to defend himself but then he finally gives in. "You're right. She's cool because we grew up together as friends. I've tried to make it work but she feels more like my mother than an actual girlfriend. Then I met Jada and now all I think about is Jada but I don't know if she cares about me like that." Allie shrugs her shoulders, "well maybe she would if you told her how you really felt and stop being a wussy." Brandon smirks softly "I know but I don't want to mess up our friendship." Allie replies "you only live once."

Jada is now off the phone and she walks up to Brandon and has her hand on both his shoulder as if she's coaching him. "Buddy, you got to get it together. You just lost the love of your life." Brandon is nervous and looks Jada and is staring Jada in the eyes. "I didn't lose the love of my life", he replies while trying to be funny. Jada acts as if she's concerned "Princess says she's done with you." Brandon acts as if it's not a problem. He walks Jada to her car and starts to express how he really feels. "Now that she is out of the way can I finally tell you how I feel?" Jada leans on her car while she is all ears for Brandon right now. "I really like you and I love spending time with you. I been wanting to reach out to you but I didn't know what to say or how to say it. I was nervous and Allie told me to just let you know how I feel...so I'm doing it now. I want you to be my girlfriend and I want to be your boyfriend. How do you feel about me?"  Jada puts her hand in Brandon's shoulders again. "I appreciate you for letting me know how you feel about me. I like you too but I think it's best if we just stay friends and get to know each other more." She didn't say no but she didn't say yes. Brandon was sweating and he still didn't take his eyes off Jada. Jada give him a hug and gets into the car and leaves.
