Meet the family

A week has gone by and things seem to have gotten better. Caleb and I have been spending so much time together after school. I usually go to his house to study or sometimes we'll go get something to eat after school. It doesn't matter what we do but as long as we are together i feel complete. People that go to school with us already know that we are together. Most people know me from being Jaden's fiancé so when they see us together they look at us sideways. I try not to let it bother me. I told Princess about our relationship and she was upset that i told her late. She claims that lately our bond hasn't been as strong as it use to be. I told her that it's because we barely see each other at school. She says that i don't even take the initiate to call or text her but it works both ways. I was nervous to tell her about Caleb because i know how she judges everybody. Princess cannot hold water and eventually she would have told Brandon and Brandon would have told Jaden. But if i told her that she would have swore up and down she wouldn't have done that. Anyways, Caleb have been begging me to let him meet Janiya but I'm scared for him to do that. Things have just started to calm down between me and Jaden. I wasn't ready for another war between us. However, i do want Caleb to get to know Janiya. I'm sure Jaden would be upset if he found out about me bringing Caleb around Janiya. For the past week Jaden has been getting in contact with my mama when he wants to see Janiya. My mother has been questioning me on why we broke up but i just tell her that i got tired of him. She says that we are going to get back together but i don't think so. I'm in love with Caleb and I'm happy with him. After we leave Chic-fil-A Caleb drops me off back to my house. He starts shaking his leg really fast so i ask him what's wrong. "I got to go pee" while shaking his legs. Caleb puts his hands over his private area and tries to show Chelsea that he is serious. "You can go up the road and use the bushes", said Chelsea. "Can i just use your bathroom real quick?" Replied Caleb. Chelsea didn't want him to come inside to meet her mama and Janiya. He had never came inside and she was nervous for her mama to even meet him. Chelsea knows that if Ada meets him she'll have something smart to say. Chelsea didn't want him to pee on himself so she invites him in. When she opens the door she sees Ada and Janiya in the living room watching TV. Janiya face lights up when she sees Chelsea and Ada's eyes grows big when she sees Caleb. He immediately greets Ada and Janiya "hey how are y'all beautiful ladies doing? I'm Caleb." Chelsea looks at Ada nervously and says "this is my boyfriend Caleb ma. He needed to go to the bathroom." "Go ahead and show him to the bathroom then" Ada replies. Chelsea walks him to the bathroom and she nervously walks back into the living room with Janiya and Ada. "He's a tall, fine, and handsome young man. How old is he?" Ada whispers to Chelsea. "He's eighteen", replies Chelsea. Ada frowns and says "He's a little bit too old for you to be dating. He must be a senior at your school?" "Yes mama and he's not too much older than me." Chelsea replies back seeming frustrated. Caleb comes out of the bathroom and thanks Ada for letting him use the bathroom. Ada stops him from going out the door and tells him to come and sit down. Caleb sits down on the couch next to Chelsea and Jania. He looks at Jania and starts smiling at her. Jania stares Caleb down. "She's so cute and she looks just like you Chelsea" says Caleb as he tries to reach for her. Jania pulls back from Caleb and laughs. Ada stares Caleb down and starts interviewing him. "Where are you from?" Ada Asks. Caleb replies, "I'm from California, i moved here with my mother because she got a job offer." Ada sits up and says "Chelsea told me that you're eighteen years old. You don't think you're too old for a freshman girl?" Caleb smirks and replies, "No i don't think I'm too old for her. We're just two years apart from each other." It might seem like a big age gap but once we get older in our twenties it won't seem like that. Ada interrupts, "Oh so you plan to be with her for a long time?" "Yes i really like your daughter she's really beautiful and intelligent. You and your husband did an amazing job raising her," replies Caleb. Ada smiles really hard and says "aww thank you. I already like you. But how do you feel about Chelsea having a daughter? She has to be with her daughter most of the time when she's not at school so are you ok with that?" Chelsea gets upset and interrupts Ada, "Ma really?!" "Yes really if he loves you he'll answer it like a real man suppose to" replies Ada. "I'm totally fine with her having a baby girl and i been telling her that i wanted to meet Janiya for the longest. I love kids" Caleb says as he smiles at Janiya.  "Well it was nice meeting you", Ada says as she goes in her room. "Nice meeting you too Ms. Ada", Caleb says as he goes back to his car.
