Final Warning

3rd POV

The heroes all look at Koda as he fades to dust.

Faunus: "What're you talking about?"

Koda: "My master has already awoken. Your combined power has given him enough power to rise."

Iron: "We'll stop him."

Koda laughs.

Koda: "Nothing can stop him. His will subjugates all. You'll be nothing more than ants."

Amica: "We're the strongest there is. He'll fall."

Iron POV

My mind is bombarded with dread. The world goes up in smoke. I find myself in an unknown location. 

Voice: "You cannot stop me."

I look forward to see a male faced away from me. He then looks over his shoulder. His gaze alone fills me with fear and terror.

Man: "Try as you might. I will conquer every known world. I'd advise you to stand down. Less you wanna join the thousands who've lost to me."

Looking down I see bodies littering the ground. I look back at the man.

Iron: "You're a monster."

Man: "I'm a king. And I shall have my kingdom. Anyone who stands against me is just a stepping stone to my throne."

He disappears. I then hear his voice in my ear.

Man: "I'm a god. And you're but a man. God always smites man."

3rd POV

Iron heaves clutching his chest.

John: "You okay?"

He looks at John.

Iron: "Yeah."

They look at Koda who smiles.

Koda: "He's already on his way. When he gets here, all shall fall before him."

Koda finally disappears. 

*later* 

The heroes are returned to their proper home. But that night John sends out a telepathic message.

John: "We may have won the battle but the war is coming."

Iron: "What're we gonna do?"

John: "For now rest. I'll check the cosmos to see what I can find out about Koda's boss. But be sure to train. For I have this bad feeling we're bound for the fight for our very existence."

Y/N: "What do we do when he arrives?"

A pager then appears on their hips.

John: "When the time comes you'll get a message from me. Press the button and we'll be reunited."

Each hero looks at their pager.

John: "It was as honor working with all of you. May you each continue to grow."

He stops just outside the milky way. He bursts into his ascended king form. With a swing of his katana a rift is opened.

John: "This' John, signing off."

He ceases his message. Then hopping through the rift he traverses through multiple realities to gather information on the incoming threat. Meanwhile the other heroes look over their respective homes all sharing the same thought.

I/F/Y: "I will protect my world."

They gear up and leap to aid in keeping their world safe.
