Cross Dimensional Battle

3rd POV

Iron crashes into John making him lose focus. The lights stop as they land on solid earth. But looking around they find themselves back in prehistoric times. Getting to their feet they surround Nero.

Nero: "Four against one. Now this' a fight."

The four heroes rush at Nero. He limbos under Faunus' fist while grabbing ahold of Iron's leg. He's swung into Faunus sending them both into the dirt. Amica comes in swinging a bone scythe. Nero effortlessly dodges by leaning back. He then grabs the scythe developing a smile.

Nero: "Got you."

Amica smiles back.

Amica: "Left yourself open."

John delivers a right hook that opens a rift. He's tackled through. The others jump through joining them. John delivers a right hook which Nero catches. He then slams his feet into Neo's chest. He crashes through invisible glass arriving in a world of fire.

He falls to the ground cratering it. Amica comes in bringing down a bone mace. Nero rolls dodging the attack. He goes to kick Amica who envelops his foot in his goo. 

Amica: "Got you."

He swings Nero into the air. Faunus attaches web strands to his chest. With a swing he's tossed through a rift. The heroes dives after him traversing through the dimensions. As they speed through the pathways Iron fires a blast at Nero.

Nero: "I've grown tired of this."

He smacks the attack away. It crashes into Faunus sending him out of the safe area. He fades into light disappearing.

Amica: "Faunus!!"

He wraps a tendril around Nero's neck pulling himself to him. But when he gets close Nero flips him away with his foot. Amica suffers the same fate as Faunus.

Iron: "Not good."

He aims his hand. A rocket is fired heading straight for Nero. He however smiles. Like it was no big deal he catches the rocket before redirecting it back at Iron. He shields himself but the impact blows apart his armor. He also goes flying backwards fading into light.

Nero: "Just you and me now."

John flings himself at Nero. But he catches John's fist an inch from his face.

Nero: "You escaped once. That won't happen again."

He rams his hand through John's wound entering his body. John coughs out blood as Nero latches onto John's heart.

Nero: "This' the end of you."

He crushes John's heart in his hand. John's body goes limp. Nero withdraws his hand making John fall into the void. When he fades Nero places fingers on his ear.

Nero: "It's done. The heroes are out of the picture."

Figure: "Good. Return to base so we can begin making preparations."

Nero: "On my way."

He lowers his hand looking at the void.

Nero: "This' my stop."

He dives into the void arriving back at his master."
