Earth's Might

3rd POV

A Koda variant kicks Amica across the floor. He uses his claws to slide to a stop.

Amica: "You made a mistake trying to fight me."

Koda's body petrifies into a stone like texture. He then speaks with a gruff voice.

Koda: "I am Koda of the earth. I will crush you with its might."

Amica: "You can damn well try!"

He leaps high into the air. Turning his arm into a bone axe he brings it down on the earthly Koda. He however captures Amica's arm in earth.

Amica: "What the!?!"

Koda: "Go away bug."

Amica's drug away.

Amica: "Let me go!!!"

He turns his other arm into a bone sword. With a swing he shatters his earth restraint. He thwips his arm extending his sword. It comes in only to be caught by a section of earth. Not deterred his retracts the tendril pulling himself towards Koda.

Amica: "Take this!!!"

He switches his axe for a mallet. Koda makes an earth shield as the mallet comes down. His packs enough punch to shatter the earth shield. Now open Amica grabs Koda's head lifting him off the ground.

Koda: "Unhand me beast!!!"

He's tossed straight into the air. Amica reels back his sword arm when Koda raises his hand.

Koda: "You'll pay for laying your filthy hands on me!"

He snaps his fingers making chunks of earth rain down on Amica.

Amica: "Is this the best you've got?"

Koda: "Not by a long shot."

He lands on the ground running towards Amica. He swings his earth claws which Amica catches.

Amica: "Pathetic."

Koda: "That was just a prelude."

He smiles aiming his free hand at Amica. A massive beam of earthly energy is fired. It hits Amica making him screech. The high level of energy forces him to separate from Y/N.

Koda: "I've got you now."

He kicks Y/N away from his partner. He then grabs Y/N's throat lifting him off the ground.

Koda: "I'll admit, you were formidable. But,"

He makes an earth sword.

Koda: "Without that disgusting beast."

He skewers Y/N's chest.

Koda: "You're completely helpless."

Y/N punches Koda's face busting his knuckles. This makes him smile.

Koda: "You've got determination. Just a shame you picked the wrong side."

Y/N spits out blood.

Y/N: "I'd never abandon my partners."

Amica leaps onto Y/N engulfing him. Putting him to sleep Amica grabs Koda's throat now lifting him off the ground.

Amica: "You tried to kill my partner. That cannot be forgiven."

Koda: "What the hell are you?"

Amica: "I'm Y/N's partner."

He dislocates his jaw biting off Koda's head. The rest of his body crumbles to pebbles. Amica hacks spitting out sand.

Amica: "That guy tasted awful!"

He spits more sand out as Y/N speaks in an exhausted tone.

Y/N: "Did we win?"

Amica: "Yeah. We won."

Y/N: "Thank Oum."

Amica begins walking away.

Y/N: "Hey. Thanks for saving me."

Amica: "What're partners for?"

Y/N: "But agreed to never tell Ruby?"

Amica becomes scared at the thought.

Amica: "Agreed."
