Windy Battle

Faunus POV

I get dragged across the earth by a variant of Koda. I kick it's chest sending it skidding across the floor. We both then get to our feet. 

Faunus: "I do not wish to fight you."

Koda: "Too bad."

The wind picks up outta nowhere. The variant begins to hover as a barrier of wind surrounds him. 

Koda: "I am Koda of the wind. And with it I shall blow the flesh from your body."

I leap as a blast of air comes for me. I attach a strand of web but the wind sends it flying away. I roll as another blast of wind threatens to tear me to pieces. Landing near a log I toss it at Koda. He uses the air to effortlessly slice through it.

Faunus: "Time for a head on assault."

I leap delivering a right hook. But the second it makes contact with his barrier my glove as well as my sleeve is ripped to shreds. Koda kicks my chest sending me cratering into the ground.

Koda: "My wind barrier moves at incredible speeds. Get too close and it'll rip the flesh right off."

I look to see small tears along my knuckles.

Faunus: "That wind barrier is gonna be a problem. I can't break through it with brute force. But if I wanna take him down then I gotta find a way to bypass that barrier. Come on, think."

I think when it's cut short by a blade of wind coming down on me. I roll out of the way using a tree as cover.

Koda: "Do not think you can hide from me."

I leap as the tree is cut in half. But being in the air allows Koda to punch my chest with a fist made of wind. I go flying embedding myself in the ground. Looking at my chest I see it exposed. 

Faunus: "At this rate I'm not gonna have much costume left. I gotta take him down."

I think when a very risky idea hits me.

Faunus: "This' gonna hurt body. But please try to endure it."

I run full speed towards Koda. 

Koda: "You're suicidal for trying to take me head on."

He brings down his wind blade. Leaping over it I come down right on his wind barrier. Here comes the pain. I deliver a right hook colliding with his barrier.

Koda: "You're not gonna break my barrier."

I use all the willpower I got to push my hand forward. I begin going through his barrier. My arm lights up in pain as it begins to split open.

Koda: "You're mad! You'll lose you're arm!!!"

I grit my teeth as more of my arm is ripped open. When I no longer feel wind I attach a web strand to Koda's chest. With a pull I slam his head against the dense barrier. He's instantly knocked out making the wind go away. I sigh looking at my arm. It's then I see it leaking blood with some areas of muscles being exposed. 

Faunus: "I hope this don't scar too much."

I rip off my other sleeve wrapping it around my arm. Then with aid of my mask I  make a sling to hold my arm.

Faunus: "Man is Blake gonna be mad."
