Trouble brews for the world of Remnant. A stranger from another world has appeared bearing a message. All known worlds are in mortal danger. Watch as a group of heroes take a stand against whatever is on the horizon.
I shake my head. No kid should ever go through that much hell.
Rider: "Damn. That was one hell of a story kid. But what the hell's it got to do with me?"
Faunus: "You need to let go of that anger in your heart. If you don't then it'll only continue to fester until it explodes into absolute malice for everything in this world. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't bottle it all up."
Rider: "You do have a way with words. Sadly they won't change my mind."
He sets the part down wiping his hands.
Rider: "Now do what I told you earlier and get out."
He walks out of the room, leaving us alone.
Super: "Great, now what?"
John: "We try and find another way to the blank space."
Rider POV
I sit down at my desk releasing a long sigh. I replay everything that just happened. These guys need my help. But if I do decide to help them, I'll get sucked right back into that life. And it was a bitch to get out. I reach into my main drawer withdrawing a picture. Staring at it brings back old memories. They would want me to help. But I'm just not ready to go back. Which do I choose?
Rider: "Fucking damnit."
Weighing out my options I put the picture back and head to the strangers.
Rider: "I'll help you guys out. But just so you know, some of you won't survive in the clothes you've got on."
Kid: "Why?"
Rider: "The blank space is a place not meant for the fully living. If it detects any signs of life, it'll snuff it out in an attempt to maintain order."
All of a sudden that experiment kid is enveloped by black goo. To add to the weirdness a black tendril with a Beowolf face on the tip manifests from the back of one of the guys.
Beowolf: "Copycat!"
The tendril kid is then enveloped in goo, becoming his own weird Grimm hybrid. I turn to the kid who slightly reeks of death.
John: "He got just got resurrected."
Rider: "Then you should be fine. The blank space should sense just enough death on you to ignore you."
I turn to the guy in the metal suit.
Rider: "That suit should cover your life force."
I turn to one of the youngest members.
Rider: "What about you?"
He scratches the back of his head.
Metal: "I got it."
He hands the kid a ring. Tiny robotics spread all over him, creating a metal suit, though in his own style.

Rider: "Better."
I finally turn to John.
John: "Immortal."
Rider: "Then you'll be the safest. That place is more forgiving to people like that."
I sigh.
Rider: "You should all be pretty well protected now. So let's get this show rolling."
I close my eyes focusing my mind. A rift then splits open making me open my eyes.
Rider: "I've done my part. The rest is up to you guys."
They nod.
Rider: "Before you leave, know this."
They put their full attention on me.
Rider: "The blank space is a very serious place. Not only is it the barrier between the living world and the world of the deceased. But it also serves as a direct between spot for all other worlds. The delicate order must not be disturbed. For if it is, then all hell will break loose. Am I understood?"
They all nod.
Rider: "Good. Then I wish you all the best of luck."
They all walk through the rift, entering the blank space. I however stop the experiment kid.
Rider: "I wanna thank you kid. You gave me something to think about. For that I'm gonna try and fix what's broken in my life."
His face is uncovered showing him smiling.
Kid: "Glad I could help. Hope it all works out."
Rider: "Me too."
He covers his face back up and walks through the rift. When the rift closes I sigh getting dressed. Hopping into my car I look at my reflection in the rear view mirror. It's then I get second thoughts. Shaking my head I get a game face on.
Rider: "I got this."
Bringing my car to life I slam on the gas pedal, heading to speak with some old people.
