Overwatch Characters Around Kids

For the peeps who are instantly attracted to someone based on how they treat kiddos.

Ana:

she's a pro because she is a mom

Gets the kids to help her with chores by making them fun, kind of like Mary poppins

Will teach them how to shoot with a sniper rifle if asked

The kids will get candy, but it will be old people candy. The kind that spawns out of nowhere and that you can't get unless given to by an old person.

Ashe:

Ashe doesn't have a lot of experience with kids, and was pretty isolated as a kid herself so she is a bit awkward at first

Once the ice is broken, she starts getting into a groove

Most of it is like 'wanna shot some beer bottles?' And of course the kids are like 'heck yea'

B.O.B lines up the bottles and she helps the kids shot properly

Baptiste:

He tries to be cool, but a lot of what he thinks is fun is really boring to kids

Relaxing on a hammock and drinking fruity martinis is something that a kid can't enjoy because 1.) kids wanna have fun and 2.) kids can't drink alcohol legally

But you bet he will always swoop in in case a kid falls and scrapes their knees

And no he won't do the rocket jump for the kids because he thinks it's dangerous

Bastion:

he can't communicate very well, and he can become a playground to some kids

They swing on his arms, poke him, etc.

But the kids do like Ganymede, they pet him and chase him when he flies

Sometimes he can get overwhelmed with the attention, but Torbjorn makes sure to shoo the kids from bothering him to give the robo boy a break

Brigitte:

she's the youngest of the Linholm family, but she does have some experience with kids from her nieces and nephews

However, she's a bit awkward around kids outside of missions

She will be encouraging to kids when it comes to their safety, but outside of that she doesn't know what kids would find fun

She likes making stuff, but a lot of what she was given as a kid is not safe for any normal kid

Her first toy was a blowtorch since she would always steal her dad's

So she will be nice and most likely do whatever the kids want to do unless it's dangerous- then she will be the voice of reason

If the kids don't listen to her, she won't do much to stop them because she doesn't want to be the person to ruin their fun so she just tells her Dad or Angela

Cassidy:

he's been around kids before, and remembers what it was like to be a kid despite the fact he was on the road for most of his life

So he mostly just flexes his shooting skills, doing some tricks with his six shooter and watching all of the kids' mouths drop

He does get an ego boost when he impresses kids, especially since they're easy to impress
