A bit overdramatic

Callen and Sam barged into work shouting 'Get him on the couch and get Hetty!'.

'Jeez, what happened?!' Deeks asked.

'Granger got struck with a sedative. It didn't really go in, but he just threw up and passed out!' Callen replied, really fast.

'Oh man!'

After finding Hetty in the shooting range and telling her, she rushed right to his side like her life depended on it.

'You're saying that it didn't fully go in?' She asked.

'Yes. But when we got here, he puked and fainted. Probably had a bad reaction.' Callen replied.

'Well, he's not feverous, and his breathing is stable for now. I guess all we can do is wait until he wakes up. I'll stay with him, you all go back to solving the case.'

Hetty sat in a comfy armchair and began her vigil.

'Well this is a ever familiar sight. You not being well, me sitting next to you waiting for you to wake up. Sigh. Each time is never okay, even when it just involves getting hit with a sedative instead of a bullet. Because, I worry about losing you, and there is so much I still want to say to you, and do with you! I love you, and I want you to wake up.' Hetty said, sadly.

'Jeez, do you have to sound so overdramatic over a sedative?' Granger muttered.

'What? You heard all that?!'

'Just barely. But just enough to know that you like to make a big deal out of a small thing.'

Sounding insulted. 'Um, hearing of you passing out from a sedative is not what I'd call a 'little thing', mister! What if you had been struck with something else?' Hetty rebuked. 'What's with the smile?'

'Nothing. Just enjoying your increased overprotectiveness.' Granger smirked.

'I am not that overprotective!'

'Mmm hmm. You've been like this ever since we've got married. And you can't deny it.'

'Damn it, he's right!' Hetty thought. 'Sigh. Okay, maybe a bit. But, in all fairness, haven't you gotten more protective of me as well?'

'Don't try and change the subject on me! And no, I haven't.'

'Uh huh. I'm just now recalling that time when I was overseas to Japan, and you called me at least 8 times before I called you back!'

Granger blushed.

'Ah ha! I caught you blushing, guilty!' Hetty chortled.

'You're enjoying this way too much.'
