From my Flufftober 2022 collection. :)
'Hetty, you here?' Granger asked when he opened the bedroom door. Then he saw Hetty lying in bed under a pile of blankets.
'Hey, you feeling okay?' He asked.
'Oh I'm fine! I just pulled these blankets out of the dryer, and they smelled so clean, fluffy, and warm! I just wanted to lie in them for a while.' Hetty happily replied.
'That's really nice.'
'You can get in too if you want.'
'Well, okay. But only for a bit.'
An hour later.
'Mmm. Did I fall asleep?' Granger sleepily asked.
'Yeah. It's been an hour. Can't say I blame you, I dozed off for 2 hours.' Hetty replied.
'Guess we should heat up these blankets more often then so we can sleep better.'
(Chuckles.) 'Maybe!'
