From my Comfortember 2022 collection.
One day, Hetty woke up, went downstairs, and saw a lovely bouquet of flowers with a note attached:
'To my brave wife, whom I will always be proud of. -OG'.
'Aww!' She mused. He could be so sweet at times. She decided to repay the gift.
At work, Granger was coming back from the bathroom, when he saw a small bouquet of sunflowers on his desk with a note attached:
'To my equally brave husband, who may annoy me from time to time as all husbands do, but whom I will always be proud of. -HLG'.
Happily blushing, he walked over to Hetty's office to thank her.
'You didn't have to get me flowers.'
'It was either that or chocolates. Plus, I pass by this nice flower shop on 1 of my ways to work, figured I'd shop there for once.' Hetty replied.
'Well anyway, thank you. You're very kind.'
'You're not so bad yourself.' Then she went back to drinking her tea.
