'Man, you were gone for almost 2 hours!' How was shopping?' Granger asked.
'Terrible! The lines at the cash register were quite long, and 1 of them broke down while I was in line, which meant having to get in another line. Then on top of that, I ran into a big traffic jam on the way home! I think I'm getting a migraine.' Hetty replied, sounding tired.
'Oh dear. Well, you rest in that arm chair, and I'll put the groceries away. I insist.'
Moaning. 'I think I'm just going to heat something up and go to bed early today.'
When she went up to go to bed, she was surprised to feel how warm the comforter was.
'Did you wash this? And fluff my pillow?' She asked.
'I washed it while you were away. Figured it'd be nice for us to have a warm bed to sleep in tonight. And when I saw how tired you were when you came home, I figured It'd fix up your pillow as well.' Granger replied.
'Well, thank you! It looks very comfortable.'
The next morning.
Granger work up to being kissed on the cheek.
'What are you doing?' He asked.
'That was for loving me, and for helping me have the most relaxing sleep I've had in a while!' Hetty sweetly replied.
'Well then, I guess I should repay the gesture.' Then he gave her a warm kiss on the lips.
'Mmm. Very cozy. I love it!'
'You're welcome.'
