It was possibly the juciest looking steak Hetty had ever seen. Granger had really seemed to step up his game.
'I have to say, Owen. This looks incredible!' She said.
'I've been practicing.' Owen humbly replied.
Then she took a bit out of it, and was enjoying it, until she started to gag.
Gaaaag!
'Oh come on! What did I do wrong this time?!' Granger exclaimed.
After calming down. 'Ugh! Whatever it is you put on that steak, it was way, way too much, or there was way too many spices!' Hetty replied, wiping her mouth.
'I decided to mix a few spices together. Was that the problem?'
'Depends on which ones you used.'
Granger showed her the spices.
'No wonder it tasted so badly. You mix 2 of these spices together too much, it changes the taste too dramatically.' Hetty pointed out.
'In other words, I'm still a terrible cook. No surprise there!' Granger grumbled.
Rubbing his shoulder. 'Hey, you'll get better eventually.'
'Yeah yeah, whatever. I'll do the dishes tonight.'
