After complaining about her feet hurting, Granger knew he had to rub his sweetie's sore feet.
'How is it that your feet hardly smell that bad despite being in shoes all day?' He asked.
'I don't know. Ohhhh. Your hands feel sooo good!' Hetty replied, relieved.
'Why are they sore again, if I may ask?'
'Been on them all day, I'm sure you know that feeling.'
'I'm on my feet all the time, and they almost never get as sore you say yours are. Anything up?' Granger asked, suspicious.
'They just got really sore today, and I just really needed a nice, relaxing foot rub!' Hetty blissfully replied.
That's when Granger knew something was up. They may both be professional liars, but he also knew when to tell she was lying.
'You just wanted me to rub your feet for no real reason, didn't you? And don't try to deny it, I know what your tell is.'
Stunned silence.
'Can't a wife just randomly ask her husband to rub her feet without there being a reason?' Hetty sheepishly asked.
Granger chuckled. 'You're lucky that I like you as much as I do.'
