Granger woke up to see Hetty's side of the bed empty. He went downstairs and saw Hetty sitting next to the fireplace with her tea.
'You okay?' He asked.
'Can't sleep. I tossed and turned for a while before deciding to just come down here.' Hetty replied. 'I just can't stop thinking about them.'
'She'll be fine, they'll do the surgery tomorrow, and everything will be fine. Callen is with her right now.'
'It's not just that. Yesterday, before he got the call, Mr. Callen asked me if, if I would walk him down the aisle at his wedding.'
Stunned. 'that, that was really sweet. Did you say yes?' Granger asked.
'I told him I'd be more then honored to. (sniff). She has to live!'
'And she will. You just need to get your mind off it right now. How about you tell about 1 of your old boyfriends?'
Hetty then proceeded to tell the story of how 1 man tried ti win her over by growing his very won vineyard. (though, the wine ended up tasting horrible). Then she eventually fell asleep on the couch.
Later.
'Wake up sleepyhead.' Granger shook her awake.
'Mmm. What time is it?' Hetty sleepily asked.
'8:30. Anna is out of surgery and is doing well.'
Hetty smiled. 'Thank you!'
