The streets were packed, with tons of cars, the music could be heard from blocks away. I parked my car, and began walking to the house, it was incredibly huge. Girls were on the front lawn, dancing. I walk pass them, when a guy stops me, "Senior?"
I nod, walking pass him. When he stops me once again, "Boys are $20 "
Typical frat party. I pay him, and enter the house. Fog makes it almost impossible to see anything. I see bodies running, I hear nothing besides the music. My ears begin to ache, what the hell is Alex doing here. I stand against the wall as people push and shove me.
I grab my phone to text Sammy:
Me- this party is outrageous. She was right, you would have loved it.
I put my phone away, I head to the living room, where the dj is at mixing his music. I look around for Alex, I squint my eyes. Nothing. I feel my phone vibrate
Sammy- just find Alex! And get out.
I smile, putting my phone back into my pocket. I move past these girls dancing, when they pinch my behind.
I turn around and the blonde girl giggles, "Dance with me."
"No thanks." I say turning back around.
"Wanker!" she yells and I roll my eyes.
College girls are definitely not my thing. Its sad to think that Alex is here, with older people, strangers, she is so clueless. These people are different, much wilder. I walk to the back towards the kitchen, a group of people are doing body shots on the counter. I turn around immediately. This house way too big for just one person to find another person.
I look to my left and I see a girl dancing by herself. I tap her shoulder, "Hello, hi. I was wondering if you have seen this girl?" I say pulling out my phone, and showing her my screensaver a picture of Alex and I.
She takes a gulp from her drink, "No, I am sorry."
I sigh, "Alright thanks."
I walk to the back, and see lights twinkling. The backyard is huge, crap this is perhaps the biggest party that I have been too. People are dancing, talking, swimming, playing beerpong. They even have room for a jumper, what kind of party is this?
I walk to the area where it smells like weed, about four guys are sitting down. I sit down next to them, "I have an once, mind if I light it?"
They nod, passing me a lighter, "whats your name?" the brown haired boy asks.
"Zayn." I say, bending towards the small table rolling a blunt.
"where are you from?" the blonde guys asks
"Bradford, now enough with these questions. I thought college kids don't worry about this shit." I light my blunt, inhaling smoke. I exhale, when I see a girl that looks like alex, but isn't her.
"the name is Cal." The brown haired boy says, "mine is nick." Says the other.
I nod examining this party, most definitely my first college party, hopefully my last. The girls snog each other, and dance. The cool breeze doesn't justify the hot steaming air, I hear laughing familiar to alex's. I turn around scanning the people, but its not her. I roll my eyes and look at Nick, "Whose party is this?"
