My Dearest, Evelyn.

I am so sorry I could not make it to witness our childs birth, and that I can not see them grow up. I'm sure they will turn out to be a strong, kind witty witch just like you. I just want to say something before I go.

When I met you, love, there was just something so capturing about the way you looked at me. Maybe it had been a charm you had put on me, or it was simply love. Either way, in the end, you truly had my heart.

My brother is not to blame for my death. Do not be angry at him, for he misunderstood the situation. Perhaps if he had been brought with us, or arrived earlier, my death wouldn't have come about by his hand.

He was upset because I left him in the human realm. I hope you can understand as I did before I passed, that his actions were justified due to the fact I was his only family left. Our parents were killed when we were very young. He felt alone.

Tell him I'm sorry. Remember, my dearest, I will always be with you.
