I find it crushing that all of a sudden, out of nowhere, someone can decide you aren't worth it anymore. That just like that, they're done figuring out life with you, despite the fact that nothing bad had happened. You're washed away from their mind like you hadn't been there at all and you're left wondering just how long they've been removing you. Realizing someone won't stand by you when things aren't 100% because it's not what they deserve, but just wanting to laugh at them because things aren't always perfect. You choose to love someone when things aren't easy, when one's struggling with things, when life feels like a never ending battle. I find it crushing to know that I stand by people for far longer than they likely deserve.
