Seeing the memory on my phone makes a loud sigh pass through my lips.
Somehow wishing I could fix the reaction I have to it.
I wish I didn't think we looked so happy,
Or that we didn't fit so well,
Or that day hadn't been half as magical as it was.
Part of me wishes I could erase it all,
Get rid of it, act like it never actually happened.
But in the end, I know one day I'll cherish those moments again,
Knowing I had someone show me the right away, instead of all the bad ways I already knew.
