The view just as breathtaking as the way you make me feel,
A complete shot in the dark turning out to be surreal.
A long journey I never would've normally taken,
Now knowing that the unknown was all I needed to be awakened.
Remembering the way I knew the photo would never do it justice,
Wondering how many more times I'd get to look at it speechless.
Attempting to contain my excitement for the memories I hope to make,
Now knowing my heart will never not be awake.
